Description of Work: Used their Web page to request an estimate for a deep cleaning on Wednesday. Said I needed the work done as soon as posdible. Did not hear from them after 24 hours, so I called and got their service. She confirmed my info and said she would have someone contact me the next day. By 4:30 Friday I still had not heard from anyone, so I called again. She spoke to her manager who said that they were trying to fit me in, but were booked for the rest of the month. This was at the beginning of the month! Terribly bad form not to contact me so I could make other arrangements. This is not looking out for their potential customers.

Description of Work: TCA has cleaned our house for several years and always do a good job. There is a two person team and the supervisor checks their work periodically. We trust them to do the work without anyone here and we have never had a problem. They also will do special projects (basement cleaning) as needed.
