I submitted a request for an estimate using the Spring Green website, and received a quote on my door that same afternoon. I also received emails from Charlie to follow-up and answer my questions. After confirming and pre-paying for my lawn care package, my first fertilizer and weed control application was scheduled and performed that week. Looking forward to working with Spring Green this year to address my broadleaf weed problems!

I'm going to go with them again this year because I should be able to see the quality better now and how good the grass is growing. It appears to be looking thicker than it did last year. The price was for 1 treatment, of which there were 6. They did give me a 5% senior discount.

They are reliable and they do what they say they are going to do. We've used them for years. We pay about $400 a year. We haven't compared their prices but it doesn't seem unfair. He has always been on time when we’ve had an appointment to speak to him.

We had Spring-Green do our lawn fertilization and treatment throughout the year. They came at regular intervals to perform the necessary weed/pest control at the right times of the year. They also aerated and seeded for us in the fall. This has been the first year we've used them and thus far the results have been good. They met my expectations. I'm now eagerly anticipating the spring lawn grown after a full year under their care. I've had questions for Spring-Green and they do get back to you with a response. I would recommend their service to family and friends.

Omar was very friendly and knowledgeable, walked the lawn to determine the right product (safe for pets) and completed the treatment. Within a few days, the weeds were drying up and 10 days later have shriveled - amazing. On top of that, the lawn is bright green and thickening up - looks very healthy! We are really pleased and look forward to the continuing care of our property. Great job!

I'm very pleased. Charlie came personally and we walked the lawn and talked about the problems. He advised the treatment program, did each treatment on time,and left a detailed summary of what had been done each time. The lawn looks much better! He gives a discount for pre-paying, which I have already gladly done for 2012

I decided to go natural and did not hire any company to spray for weeds. However they were great, professional, and competitive.

Their price is excellent, and we had more results from them in two months than from a competitor over three years. They're personable and honest. The owner calls each month before they come and this keeps them well prepared for their visit.

We continued to have weeds and they would not treat the area between the sidewalk and the street. They would come out again if we called for 'spot treatment' but that never seemed to do any good. Canceled the contract once it became more work to call them every month then it was to just do it myself.

I am more than please with the services that Sprring-Green provides. The products they use are very environmentally friendly. This means that the products work slow and steady, rather than flash-in-the-pan to immeidately green the lawn at the expenses of the lawn health. Our lawn is healthy, as is our landscape, because of this approach.

First contact set the tone - they were responsive to email, provided a quote within days, and over the phone explained the quote, their recommendations, and even recommended reducing treatment once the lawn was under control. Since then, they have provided all services promptly and our lawn is starting to look better. We will continue to use them.

They are on a general schedule to treat a certain number of times through the year. They walked the entire yard while applying the granular limestone without cutting corners and left the bill tucked in plastic at the front door. They are very responsive to e-mails and to phone calls. Spring-Green is a tad more expensive than past services we've used, but we have learned that savings is not always worth it if the service is not up to par. Spring-Green makes the service fee worth every penny with their dependability, responsiveness and quality. We have been very pleased with Spring-Green and so we will happily continue to do business with them.

They came out and spoke to my husband. He thought that they answered his questions completely and in a way that he could understand. They didn?t try to hard sell the things that we didn?t want or need. The price was reasonable. He seemed to be very thorough and came as scheduled. They seemed to be very careful with my garden.

They respond to emails very quickly and are very responsive. The work seems great.

For the most part, it has been a good experience. I hesitate only on the consistency of service. Spring-Green is to call me to let me know they are coming so I don't leave my dog out on the day they treat the lawn. On the previous visit, I did receive a call. However for the recent visit, I did not receive notice they were coming. I realize that they are dealing with many clients, but a confirmation that I would be called prior to treatment should to honored. There has been large brown patches on the front lawn and they came out promptly to look at it and offered advice on what to do. I am considering other options to treat the problem. All communication is via e-mail. It would be nice to talk to a human when there are issues to take care of.

Second year using them - very good service, prompt and professional - grass has improved a lot since they began. about $50 each time they come out - about every 2 or 3 months.

Spring Green came out and looked at my property and provided a written estimate as well as a follow up phone call. We discussed the options and then decided on a particular number and type of treatments. So far I have received 2 of the 4 treatments I purchased and the lawn is looking pretty good, with decent health (even in all the heat) and less weeds. I have not used other lawn services, so I can't really compare them, but so far so good.

As stated, we have been happy with them for the last 5 years worth of service and will continue to use them

They were very responsive to our questions, came out to look at the lawn and give recommendations. We have had the first treatment - I'll give an update as the Spring/Summer progresses.

When I called to inquire about the service, Charlie spent nearly 30 minutes discussing the options and services as well as talking about my concerns and desired results. I have a toddler and small dog and am very "green" conscience. I was very impressed with his patience in answering all my questions and his reassurance of product safety. He was more interested in meeting my needs over selling me a larger, more expensive package.

They might be a little more than other companies, but my lawn looks great. They were recommended by another contractor I respect. I will continue to use them.
