Spring-Green Lawn Care

This is the third lawn application that Spring-Green of Fredericksburg, VA has done to my lawn and they have been great. They are punctual and always let me know when they have arrived. In the past I have had them put a grub prevention down as well as service my shrubs and bushes. They are extremely curtious and always explain to me what they are doing and how it will effect my lawn. They give me tips on how to best maintain my yard and what not to do. They are the best lawn service company I have had in years. I only wish I had known about them years ago. Thank you Spring-Green

Spring Green has been caring for my lawn for the last two months and it has never looked so good.

They did a nice job. They did what they said they would do and the yard looks good. I have had them only one time so far.

My husband picked them out. I talked to them and they were helpful.

Spring Green Lawn came to my house to give me a quote on it, but they said that my lawn was too far gone and they didn't want to do the job. They said I needed to find a company that had more powerful equipment. I would have paid more for it, but they wouldn't. I was trying to talk them into doing it, but even though they would not, I would still recommend them. They were really good when they came over initially. I would still try to use their service in the future if I got someone else to improve my lawn first.

Was fed up with the national lawn service provider I'd been using for years. I checked out Angie's list and Spring Green was consistently given high marks. I contacted them for a quote, they responded immediately and had a competitive quote within days. They have provided the first regularly scheduled service and was impressed with the thorough process. So far very impressed.

Spring Green has been easy to work with and are very responsive to any questions or concerns in a timely manner. My grass has not looked this good in several years. I used them last year and have re-uped for this year.

They applied a liquid mix pre-emergence herbicide with fertilizer to prevent growth of crab grass in the lawn. This application Is one of five that will occur during spring and summer. Spring-Green provides their customers with explicit directions regarding walking on the lawn or watering it after their visits, and their applications are very effective at preventing the growth of weeds and crabgrass in the lawn throughout the year.

It's a good experience. Other people can expect the services that they're advertising. They were very professional and they came on time. I found that in the Spring, the grass actually looked nice.

They are fantastic and we are on an annual plan with them. It costs about $50 per visit. They are very good, professional and punctual. I spoke to the owner a couple of times when we started and he was great. I started with them after getting one of their flyers in the mail.

They were very responsive & if the lawn needed re-treatment they didn't hesitate to take care of it right away. We had used them probably 10 years ago but stopped later but started up again in 2013 because our lawn was in need of very much care. They came to the rescue & we couldn't be happier in just 1 year how much better the lawn looks. We will continue to use them & they give Senior Citizens Discount which was a BIG plus for us. The Marshall's, owners, are very friendly, helpful & they do care for their customers. Customer care is what I look for in a company & they are NUMBER 1 in our book.

Our lawn was a disaster this summer; this Virginia clay is a nightmare to work with to develop a decent lawn, I thought it was hopeless. But I saw Spring Green on Angie's List with some great reviews and I thought, "Why not give it a go?" and so far the lawn has greatly improved. Spring Green assures us that next year after doing the proper prep in the Spring we will be amazed and thrilled with how good our lawn will look. I was pessimistic before they started, so bad was our lawn, but now I am hopeful that next year will be a great one for our lawn - so the jury is still out on final results, next year will tell the rest of the tale, but at this juncture I am very hopeful!

We found the provider from Angie's list and ended up with a pretty deal with them to service my lawn and my neighbor's. They are very nice people to work with. Update (5/8/2014): it is after a year now and I can see my yard is covered with beautiful grass. Needless to say, this service is worthy and the company really did a great job.

Our lawn was a disaster, full of weeds and brown spots. In 2 seasons, Charlie Marshall at Spring Green had it looking beautiful! He gave us a schedule of treatments, was always punctual, and did a great job!

We've been working with them since Spring 2013 and are very happy with them. Inspite of a hot, wet summer, the weed problem has been under control. It's evident to all and our neighbor inquired about the services we use. They have a systematic approach and now that the weeds are under control and this being fall, we plan to now address the uneven lawn patches.

They show up when I don't even know it and are quick and clean. My grass is growing faster and greener than ever before. And no dandelions anywhere!

They have been treating my lawn for at least the last 4 years. I was made aware of their services by Craig's Lawn Care. They show up on a schedule every month or two depending on the time of year. The lawn has always looked great since they have been doing work. It did not look nearly as good before I started the service. They promptly return phone my calls for extra service request. I prepaid for this year in advance, but do not remember the cost. Normal visits are $52 I am a very satisfied customer.

Fine. Green lawn, few weeds, but this has been a rainy year.

We've only had one treatment so far (the early spring treatment) and within a few days saw a reduction in weeds. We will continue using them.

The owner and operator is Charlie Marshall. Every time that I call he answers the phone and speaks with me. He is very nice. He doesn’t rush you and doesn’t try to push you or urge you into more expensive plans. He listens to what your needs are and offers the best plan from that. The price is fair and this experience has been very easy.

Our lawn was mostly weeds and they advised us of a plan to get it looking great. They come about once a quarter and apply fertilizer and weed killer.
