Description of Work: Installed granite countertops in kitchen. Salesperson was very helpful and professional, explained the process thoroughly. Installation was scheduled within a week. Installers were prompt and efficient. My only concern was that some of the granite has some areas which look as though colors weren't well blended. Otherwise I was very happy with the job.

Description of Work: I had my countertops replaced. Additional |Amount seemed pricy and backsplash bid was astronomical ( I went with someone else for backsplash) but they did a great job on counters - removed old ones and replaced with granite. Very neat and professional.

Description of Work: Both the granite installers and the plumber were, professional and courteous. The installation exceeded our expectations.

Description of Work: The floor in my condo laundry room was a crumbling mess. Now it's a showplace, Richstone cleaned up the mess, leveled the floor, poured new concrete, laid tile in front and painted the metal drip pan in back (a complimentary color with the tiles). They had to remove the washer, dryer and hot water heater. They explained what they were doing and the effects such as no hot water for about 3 days. They worked half days to allow drying time between steps. The installers were efficient,courteous and did everything with an eye to my convenience. Management was patient with my many questions, explained the process and was determined to make sure I had no surprises. The work was done as fast as concrete and paint could dry. My new laundry room is beautiful and I'm no longer embarrassed to let visitors see it.

Description of Work: This firm is outstanding. We added a cabinet to our purchase as well as a new faucet to go with our new sink. Workers were prompt, professional, and strictly business. The cabinet installer arrived first (9:15 am) and the plumber left about 3:30 pm. Work completed and the kitchen left clean! Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Richstone installed granite counter tops, tile backsplash, and an under mount sink in our kitchen. The folks at Richstone are very pleasant and professional. Michelle, Raymond, Gene, Evan, and Sophia are easy to talk with and went out of their way to assist us throughout the process. The installation was completed with great attention to detail and met all of our expectations. My wife and I were especially appreciative of the care that was taken to ensure that floors, appliances, and other household items were protected while the work was underway. We have already recommended Richstone to others and would without hesitation do so again.

Description of Work: Removed old kitchen countertops and installed new granite countertops and reinstalled sink and fixtures. Product, price and installation of the countertops was very good. There was an issue with the correct plumbing hook-up of the double-bowl kitchen sink drains, which was satisfactorily corrected by the Richstone.

Michelle was so helpful in helping me find the perfect slab, worked with pattern to find the most aesthetically pleasing cuts, and gave me a great deal.
