Everything went very well. The office staff (Karen and Trevor) and measurer (Albert) were very easy to work with and they answered all our questions before we started the job. When Albert did the measurements, he explained what could happen given our situation with the backsplash tile and the installer (Roberto) said the same thing before his crew started the installation. Roberto and his crew did an excellent job and was able to work with the backsplash situation to make everything fit and look great without having to remove any of the backsplash tile. It was nice to have an installation crew who were very experienced and knowledgeable and had all the right tools and supplies to do the countertop installation and the plumbing to install both sinks. If I ever need this type of service in the future, I will definitely give them a call.

Richstone Marble & Granite pros suggested new marble vanity top options and provided precise measurement and installation of the countertops and sinks quickly while working around my schedule. They were prompt to respond; accurate with their estimate and measurements; and professional during installation -- not to mention they were the only firm I contacted that even bothered to reply to my online inquiry and agree to take such a small job.

We hired Richstone to replace our kitchen countertops in our old home. When we were remodeling our master bath, we had them back to do that work. Since then we have moved and had them yet again come and replace our bathroom countertops. That should speak for itself that we have hired this company three different times. We will definitely keep them in mind when we are ready to replace our current home’s Kitchen counters.

The owner came in and inspected took care their job seriously . They were on time on budget and delighted with the result. A+ for the quality.

It went well, with one minor problem, the installer damaged my dishwasher while installing the counter tops. But they replace the part without any problem.

Everything went well. Jalima provided EXCELLENT customer service and was super responsive. She helped us decide on the best material to meet out needs and was friendly, helpful, and well-informed. We kept delaying the project because of challenges with getting the island installed, but they remained patient and professional throughout. The install went great and when we had a small problem with the dishwasher attachment to the countertop, they came back out and corrected it promptly. Would definitely recommend and would use them again, if needed.

I did not use them. I actually went out in the shop and chatted with them and then they sent someone out to give the estimate. Their professionalism was fine. I thought they were expensive.

I was looking for a carrera marble vanity top and contacted the company based on the recommendations on Angie's List. I worked with Sofia via email. She was very responsive and extremely helpful. She provided me with a quote and followed up with pictures of the various options. I decided to go in to their warehouse to look at my options. She walked me around and pointed my options. She seems very knowledgeable and tried very hard to help me find the pattern I was looking for. She went beyond lines of duties to help me with the transportation of the unit I chose. I placed my order yesterday and I received the item today and it looks beautiful. I am very grateful for the service I received from Sofia. Her dad (the owner) should be very proud to have such a capable assistant.

Richstone granite did our kitchen countertops and backsplash. It was a very positive experience! From working with Sophia in the beginning, all the way through the process, including installation, they handled everything with great attention to detail and professionalism. Sophia helped us understand what we were looking at, and then gently and patiently guided us through all the required decisions. Installation was done meticulously and with great pride in workmanship. The cost was well below their competition too, which was the icing on the cake. We highly recommend this team, from beginning to end.

It went great, New granite counter, stainless steel sink. Jalima at Richstone was very knowledgeable and helpful. She followed up frequently and kept me informed every step of the way. The gentleman who came out to do the laser measurements and the install crew were all professional, and polite. On the day of install, the sink I had chosen was recalled. Jalima was able to get a replacement from another company ( at no upcharge) the same day. For this reason, the installers were later than expected, but stayed late to finish the job that night and left things spic and span. I am very happy- my old kitchen looks almost new again.

At the end it turned out very well, but the measurement guy had an error of 1" short in one of the countertops. Good I checked and told them to correct it before they got the slab.

They changed which countertop we had picked out at the store on the contract and we didn't "catch" it. They sent the only other one we got a partial estimate on. Did we sign a contract, yes but the salesman (Mitchell) made multiple errors on the sale including adding a backsplash when we had decided we didnt want one (i'm sure the business wants us to eat that cost too). We should have taken a picture of the salesman with the one we wanted holding a sign that said "this one will be installed" to go along with their contract!!! We called when they brought the first piece of stone into the house and the owner (Raymond) assured us he would "take care of it" on Monday. We have not spoke with him since, he has pushed us off to a manager (Pat) for design that apparently can't do anything. After multiple calls, emails, waiting for calls back their answer is to give us $100 dollars back. That is a middle finger if I ever saw one. They are taking no responsibility for their employees mistakes, customer service, and customer satisfaction. We did not accept the $100. We accepted installation since the stone was "ok" it was a safe backup piece and we didn't HATE it but it was less expensive then the one we thought we were negotiating price on and agreeing to. If we wanted that stone we would have negotiated for a better price, instead we feel we paid for the more expensive and got left with a less expensive piece of stone. Pat told me he would "love" me to go to the BBB since we signed the contract. Again taking zero responsibility. We got a second tear product but paid top dollar. We feel cheated and taken advantage of.

We paid extra to avoid a seam, so they had to hire a 3rd tech to help carry it up the stairs and to install it. (stone is very heavy) . They provide free under mount steel sink. They recommended plumber, whom I paid separately, for changing the kitchen faucet, garbage disposal and re-connecting the existing pipes.

As I mentioned, my first experience was great. I was working with owners daughter, a young lady who was also a stone mason. She knew everything about granite and understood what we wanted. The last contact was with a different woman with poor language skills. She could not understand the simple task we needed performed, and did not seem to know anything about granite. I sent in detailed measurements and pictures of the work area. I have gotten no response. I called back twice and was told I would have a quote by end of business Friday, none arrive, then again Saturday, also no quote. It is now Monday and still no response. I was able to find another firm to do the work for a fair price and was very responsive. Not sure if Richstone has been sold or not, but the service is definitely not what I got on my first shopping experience.

Richstone was great. I knew in my head what I wanted, but every time I found a stone I liked it was already on hold. A Richstone representative went to the granite yard with me and helped me pick out a stone. It is perfect. The turn around was quick, but we did do our kitchen in the off season. There is only one seam in my kitchen, and it is very difficult to find.

Installed correct and on time. I later noticed that a couple of items needed to be adjustments. An appointments was made, but they did not come. When I contacted the office, they asked "What can we do to make it up to you?" As a result, they fabricated and installed a small table top for me, for free. Office staff is excellent. Installers are competent, but there seems to be some communication difficulty due to their speaking an uncommon language. I would certainly hire them again.
