I would give them an A overall.

We were very happy with the company. They have good prices, they were very helpful. They recommended the proper tile for us to purchase, and were very smart.

I don't remember how much the tile costed us. There was nothing to dislike about them. They were just wonderful helping us to pick out the tiles and they made sure the right grout was there. Their service was great. We will use their services again in the future.

I spent about $1,000 on the job. They were good. They were very professional and very helpful. They tried to help me with the selection and to stay within my budget. I would use them again in the future.

They were helpful in finding a tile we were looking for. The sales person helped us select the correct tile. The y were easy to deal.

It went excellent. I loved the designs that she did. She is very talented. It was a little bit of a problem and some confusion, but I don’t know whose fault it was. She has got an excellent collection of tiles and she is just an excellent designer. She is very creative and stayed within a reasonable price range.

They were very helpful. A contractor had recommended them. I would recommend them. The store has a lot of product lines and good samples. The person I met with was very professional and made very good suggestions. They understood what we were trying to do and it was within the price range.

Denise helped us select the right kind of tile to accent our new cabinetry and granite countertop. From the samples we brought, she immediately pointed out tiles that were subtle in color and design and not compete with the countertop which has a lot of movement. After shopping around, we came back to Mosaic and Denise helped us work through the layout based on tastes and colors. She was very accommodating because both times we had kids in tow. She really knows her stuff. Their showroom has by far the best selection and example layouts to choose from. I'd go there first and not waste time elsewhere.

The tile that was recommended for accent pieces for the floor were defective. The surface of the tiles peeled up shortly after installation and I was told not to seal the grout. The grout soon had mold problems, an issue that I never had in my other bathrooms. When I went back to Mosaic Tile they announced loudly that I must clean my bathrooms. I found the accent tile on display and guess what - the new sample display piece was also peeling. I spoke to the sales lady that sold me the tile and she went on to serve another customer. I called and received no response. When I returned to Mosaic Tile I heard the same sales lady telling a young couple not to seal their grout in their basement bathroom. I told them otherwise, and yes, again I was told in front of the couple that I did not clean my bathroom. The manager told me never to come back to his store as, "I was the problem, and he was the solution." I thank Mosaic Tile for this new experience, as I have never before or since been kicked out of a store and told never to come back. So, Angies List customers Beware! unless you like to be ridiculed in public. I have written the director of operations many times without success because at this point I think they owe me an apology (because I do clean my bathrooms) and for the cost to replacement the bathroom floor.

I had had counters installed by another company. Then, I had this company do a full backsplash from the edge of the new counter right up to the bottom of the cabinet. I don’t think they could have improved on anything. I had a tricky situation with the way my counters were located. It was a tricky angle. One of the men from the company came out and analyzed the situation. He gave me good advice about what he thought would work best. I have never had a backsplash done and it was all new to me. He did not suggest anything expensive. He gave me the best solution possible. He showed me how it would look using some tiles that I had there. He came back once I had made the down payment. He was very clean and very prompt. He was also very efficient. When I walked into the room, he would explain what he was doing. The distances between the top of the counter and the bottom of the cabinet were not exact. So, the tiles had to be cut accordingly. He would ask me if he could increase the grout in the place and fill in the gap instead of cutting a small piece of tile. I liked that because then it would look consistent. He always asked my opinion or my permission. He was very conscientious and professional. I didn’t shop around for prices. I could have gotten it done someplace cheaper, but I did not. I am not sure if I would have been so happy. I have had a very positive experience with them. There was a carton of tiles leftover, which they left with me. So, if anything ever went wrong, it would be very easy to rectify. I will be using them again in the future.

They didn't actually come out. We went there for the design work. They spent about an hour working with us. It was a totally free design. Then, we purchased the tile from them. The designer was awesome. We appreciated the fact that they spent free time helping us choose the tile. She had a lot of good ideas and she listened to us. She found things that we might not have thought of. She listened to us and provided good options.

I called to set up an appoitment a few days earlier. I was assured they could accomodate me on 12/3 at 8:15 am. I arranged my day and work schedule around this appointment because they do not take Saturday appoitments. At 5:30PM the night before the designer called to say she had to cancel because she had another appointment/meeting that was not on the calendar. I asked her to accomodate me with a special Saturday appointment which she refused to do. I asked for a different designer and was told "we don't usually take morning appointments". Simply not professional or accomodating.

I ordered the tile, and given time constraints, asked that they be delivered. Waited and when I called to check on the status, discovered that bad communication meant tiles were going to arrive 20 days after the project start date. A manager immediately stepped in, had a new set of tiles ordered to be second-day shipped. Those arrived with a couple cracked -- it's tile, that happens. When I called to order some more just to be safe same manager stepped in to make sure I got them at cost. All in all, very good experience. Mine was a miniscule order, but they took the time to make sure I was satisfied.

As soon as we walked in the door a sales associate approached us. We explained what we wanted to purchase and since it was being installed in the basement we were not looking for a very expensive tile. They brought us over to the section where there were either discontinued tiles or lesser expensive selections. We found the perfect tile. They ordered it and it arrived in a few days. We would definitely return to this supplier if we were in need of more tile. Mosaic offers such a huge selection of tiles of any shape, size, design and price that there is no need to go further then this store.

They were very friendly and they had a design center. They let me bring home some tile to test it out. My contractor purchased the tile there and I would shop there again.

This store has a wonderful selection of tile. Their staff is very helpful. I had picked a tile I liked in advance. I met with Ty (the designer) and brought with me a sample of my cabinet and countertop. Turned out the tile I had picked did not look very good with my cabinet. Understanding the style I wanted, Ty picked out some other tiles - actually, everything she picked looked great with the cabinet. She also helped us design the layout and edging (which I hadn't even thought about.) They also let us take samples of the tile home so we could match it with the paint.
