Great on explaining alternative systems to help me make a choice.

Initially I had two other companies telling me I needed to replace my 16 year old furnace. Jerry and Bill from Mannix figured out the problem and fixed it for a hew hundred dollars. They were great. When I do need to replace my furnace, I will have Mannix do it.

On time and very professional.

Crew arrived on time with all materials in hand. Professional preparation with tarps and careful treatment of personal space. Owner arrived to supervise completion of effort and to advise on ancillary items.

My 1922 home presented a number of unique problems for an air conditioning installation. Jerry Mannix however was able to rapidly assess the house in person, discuss options and come up with a 4-way multi-split system that would meet our cooling and heating needs, require minimal work on the house to install, and save money through high-efficiency. Best of all, he was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and worked with us to get a system within our budget. We were able to schedule the work a week after agreeing on what was needed, and his crew was nothing but hard-working and professional - I would highly recommend his services!

Provided professional proposal (half of the contractors recommended did not and were eliminated from consideration). Pricing was excellent. Team showed up on time, covered floors, installed both units, completely cleaned work area, and we were enjoying the new systems by early afternoon. Jorge (sales lead) followed up afterwards as well. Would recommend Mannix without any reservations.

Friendly, got job done

Mannix was the most responsive and most professional of all three contractors that submitted a bid for this job. Jerry was very quick and thorough with his estimate (about 30-45 min) and didn't keep us sitting around all evening. Although his was not the lowest price, my wife and I were confident we'd get great service and we were not disappointed. The guys showed up on time, removed our old rusty furnace and installed the new furnace and duct work in about 6 hours. This experience was a high standard by which all other contractors should be measured. Thanks Mannix!

Considering the snow that hit the Washington DC area, I will give them a five star rating. Although after the tech installed the blower and left, we both failed to check that the unit was running properly. Had to call back and another tech came and immediatley noticed the on/off handle on the unit was int he off position. After that everything fine.

The technician from Mannix Heating and Cooling, Ben S., listened to the water leakage issue I was facing and explained to me the potential sources behind the leakage. He noticed an immediate issue with the way the condenser was installed and identified the malfunctioning portion of the pipe that carried excess water out of the house. He also identified the connection that was never made when I bought the house, to carry excess water generated during the heating cycle of the furnace. He had the knowledge, tools and experience to fix the problem and charged me reasonably. I highly appreciate their help and strongly recommend their service.

Jerry Mannix came over to see existing equipment and gave us a very detailed explanation of our options to replace our 25+ year old furnace/AC system. We agreed on a very efficient Carrier system. Mannix was great. I explained my problem, told them the exact part that failed; they asked me some questions -- serial numbers, etc, and brought and installed the part the next morning. Ahhhh, cool air!!! :) Totally recommend Mannix H & C. Some companies won't even listen and it takes 2 or 3 trips to your house, the warehouse, your house, the store, etc. Not Mannix - they were great... Did I say they were GREAT?
