Excellent HVAC service provider all round

Of all of the five companies I interviewed, Mannix provided the price and services for the cost.

Absolutely stunned how quickly they were able to come and quote me and then install the system the next day. The system they installed in light years better than what we had before and we are saving so much money on electricity! The staff is amazing and while I hope to not need their services again anytime soon, I will definitely be using them the next time service is needed.

Their extremely professional, getting called on time and would without any hesitation recommend this contractor.

The flame sensor on my furnace broke and only provided partial heat to my house. I made an emergency call on Saturday and Mark, a service technician, showed up within 2 hours. He was courteous, professional and installed a new sensor. He also checked out the furnace and replaced the filter with a new one of mine. Before he left, he explained everything he did.

They were very prompt and professional all the way. Price was fair based on other inquiries I made.

Hal did a great job and made suggestions to help me get the best value and didn't try to just sell me the most expensive system.

The owner of Mannix came out himself, was very knowledgeable and explained technical details, had the right idea of what was wrong, and took out his tools and poked around for an hour confirming his thinking. He didn't charge me expensive "tech" rates for the diagnosis, gave his thoughts on the repair (expensive) and also replacement (more expensive), and let me weigh the pros and cons. He gave me the best price on a new furnace, which was the right choice for me. His install team was neat, fast and professional. The whole Mannix crew gave me confidence in their abilities and integrity when no one else did. I cannot recommend highly enough.
