Craft remodeled our kitchen in our high rise condo. We mainly dealt with Fuat, Noelia, and Tugay for design, planning, and project management. Edi and his crew did the hands-on work. They are all very nice people and are very easy to work with. The entire team does very good work and is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and make the customer happy. When challenges came up (as they always do) they addressed them quickly. They were also very accommodating with the minor changes we asked for. We highly recommend Craft and won't hesitate to contact them for our next remodeling project.

Awesome selection of products that are truly unique. We completed a new kitchen install and the designer was able to find items to match my budget that I absolutely adored and maximize the use of space. My kitchen looks fabulous after install and very clean and elegant. Their installer Edin is one of the best!

The bathroom came out as a gem. High quality tiles, beautiful matching colors, I love it!

Outstanding work. Our designer, Noelia, provided us with a great design with options. She provided several graphic displays of the master bath to review. A detailed estimate was provided so there were no surprises. Both she and Frank (owner) were responsive to any concerns we had during construction. The caliber of workmanship is exceptional. They were on time every day and were very respect of our space. They covered the floors and put up barriers to reduce the amount of dust outside construction area. My wife and I are extremely pleased.

Excellent design, quality tiles and vanity cabinets. I was lucky to find those folks, and definitely will do my master bath and kitchen later with them.

A +++ We found the experience working with Craft Kitchen & Bath excellent. We decided to update our 30 years old master bath. We drew up preliminary plans and had five excellent rated companies price the work. Craft was slightly lower in price than the others but equally as important they made some excellent suggestions which actually allowed the project to move forward. The work was fully permitted through Fairfax County. The project included removing and reframing two exterior windows, whirlpool tub, vanities and other cabinets, vessel sinks, electronic faucets, large shower with three shower heads and controls, glass shower wall and door, wall concealed tank toilet, marble counter top with marble floor and walls. Because of our first experience, we now plan for Craft to remodel our second bathroom. The workers who did all the various construction were excellent, very knowledgeable and good craftsmen. I highly recommend them.

The custom cabinets are beautiful, and I love the granite counter tops. It was a "slow" process, about 3 weeks from start to finish. But that was to be expected. But I am very happy with the outcome and love cooking in my "new" kitchen.

We hired Craft based on the Angie list reviews and ratings. We hired them to do a kitchen and bathroom remodel. The contract stated it would take between three to four weeks to complete each project. I was expecting a team of contractors to begin the work on my two projects and what I got was one contractor and his helper. The first surprise we got was the contractor consistently showed up late, spent a good part of his day on the phone, and sometimes disappeared for several hours during the day. We went to Craft to express our concerns about the number of hours the contractor was working each day but were told the project would be completed on time. The next surprise we received was the amount of damage that was done to our house. They used our oriental rug to drag the oven through the hallway and damaged the brand new hardwood floors while installing the appliances. They cut a few pipes which resulted in water damage to our garage ceiling. The hardwood floors were replaced and most of the walls were repaired. I was not happy with the repairs to the walls and ceiling so I plan on hiring a painter to come in and do the repairs to my satisfaction. Craft promised me (several times) that the work would be done in the eight weeks stated in the contract. There were a number of delays caused by Craft which resulted in the project taking 12 weeks. There were a few things listed on the contract which were never completed and we just gave up on Craft doing them. I hired Craft because I wanted them to do the work and the quality control. However, I felt I had to do quality control and that errors I found would not have been corrected unless I said something. In the end, I did not feel that Craft respected my time or my property and the final work was not the quality I was expecting.

Working with Craft Kitchen and Bath for our custom home building project exceeded all our expectations from start to finish. From beginning to the very end, and all details in-between it has been a terrific experience. The design team knows how to take your vision, help you make selections, execute and deliver seamlessly, on schedule and on budget. We worked with Walter, one of their top designers. Working with Walter was nothing shy of outstanding. He listened to our vision and dreams of what we wanted and was able to develop, design and advise us on cabinetry layouts and floor plans. He tweaked and modified our layouts multiple times until she knew we had exactly what we wanted. At times we did not know exactly what we wanted but Walter was able to decipher our conversations and ask questions to create our dream kitchen, gorgeous bathrooms, a phenomenal master closet, functional lockers for our 5 kids and beautiful built-ins for our family living spaces. Walter collaborated with our architect and builder to make sure every measurement and dimension was accurate. Many times Walter would have company owner Fuat check in with us to be sure we were satisfied with the design and development process. Both Fuat and Walter visited on site many times as the process unfolded. The customer service and attention to our needs was superior. The quality and craftsmanship of the cabinets and products are the best that I have seen in the industry. They offered the highest quality product at extremely fair pricing. We had a tight budget and they were able to give us the design and quality we were desiring, and meet our budget needs. We fully and highly recommend Craft Kitchen and Bath, and Walter to anyone looking for a superior product and exceptional and talented designer.

I contracted with Craft Kitchen and Bath to renovate/remodel my kitchen. The project was a little extensive in that it required the removal of the wall between the kitchen and dining room as well as widening the opening between the living room and dining room. I wanted a partial open concept so that I would be able to interact with visitors while preparing food and cooking. The process was arduous and discouraging at times, however the finished project helped dissipate the dissatisfaction of the process. I have to admit, based on my profession, that I could have helped with the ease of the project if I had taken my time and gone over everything prior to signing the contract. The project manager, Mr. Walter Jones, took my ideas and vision and designed the kitchen that I really enjoy.. My home design and square footage did not allow for a wall double oven so to compensate for the lack of available space I had to settle for a stand-alone double oven which is working out very well. Mr. Jones was truly a god-send for this project. He took my vision and ran with it and I now have a showcase kitchen. Mr. Jones addressed every major and minor detail. He pointed out things that needed to be redone and completed as well as things that I did not notice. He provided ideas that enhanced the kitchen not just visually but monetarily (if and when we sale our home, smile). Mr. Jones was apologetic for any ambiguity and assured me that anything that I was not pleased with would be corrected. Mr. Jones made every effort to accommodate me whether it was a change in design and or change in material. As a consumer and proactive in the renovations/remodeling of any project I would like to leave these tips in hopes that you do not have a discouraging experience. 1. Determine what is more important to you – a) budget; b) communication; c) quality; d) completion date; e) time that workers should arrive; and f) clean-up after completion (just to name a few). These are just a few points that could cause the renovation/remodeling project to become overwhelming. 2. Request an itemized list and the cost(s) be reflected on the contract itself (for the budget conscience consumer). 3. Ask who will be the project manager and team lead for the workers. If you want a project leader that is visible during the project, express this desire. Tell them that you would like the for the project manager to inspect the delivered material(s) for accuracy; to inspect the project as it progresses (i.e. material used for flooring; installation of plumbing, electrical, backsplash, painting, installing of cabinets and appliances); and to ensure that the design is being executed as designed. 4. Address the need for constant communication and ask how long will it take for a response (for the consumer who needs to be kept in the loop as the project progresses)? Request email/telephone numbers for the project manager, working crew team lead and the office manager. 5. Ask what are the monetary material allowances should you want to change material quality/design (i.e. pendant lighting; tile; backsplash; granite tops)? 6. What, generally, is the type of cost overruns and how can you avoid them? 7. Request a timeline for the beginning and completion of the project (i.e. when should you expect the cabinets to arrive; for projects requiring demolishing – request that demolishing, installed flooring be done at least 2 weeks prior to the arrival of the cabinets) and what will be the worst case scenario. Request that an immediate notification (within 24 hours) be given for any changes in the timeline. 8. Ask who will be pulling the permits for the project and when will the permits be pulled? (i.e. although it is cheaper to pull the permits yourself in doing so you will assume the full responsibility of the project). 9. If you are purchasing the appliances you may want to have them delivered ahead of time to ensure that the measurements are accurate and they are not damaged. (Please inspect materials that you are providing. Replacement of damaged and or inaccurate material could cause a major delay). 10. Ask what are the working hours of the work crew; will they be working 4, 6 or 8 hour days and will there be any deviation in their availability? Remember it is important that your desires and concerns be also INCLUDED in the contract!!! It is also important that, as a consumer, you are proactive in the process. Craft team, and Noelia in particular, were extremely helpful and friendly in our home renovation project. Home construction can be stressful however they completed the project within a reasonably quick time frame and their prices are fair. We got price quotes from Home Depot, IKEA (quartz counter top) and another independent installer however the prices and customer service at Craft was both superior and we signed an agreement with them immediately after our initial consultation. We will definitely return to Craft when it's time to update our bathrooms and install new flooring. Save yourself time and a headache and start your home renovation quotes at Craft

We were getting ready to sell our house and needed new countertops. We worked with Fuat who was very quick to respond to phone calls. Within 24 hours I had someone come to my home to measure and install my beautiful new countertops and sinks. While they may not have been the cheapest, their customer service was top notch and this was the fastest turnaround time I have ever seen! Thanks again Fuat and Hasan for making this so easy and quick.

Walter and his team did an amazing job for what I believe to be a very reasonable price. He finished the project on time and on budget. The team showed on on time, kept their work area neat and were very respectful of my home. Their attention to detail and the quality of finishes was exceptional. Walter stands behind his work. They were at our house throughout the project and were immediately available to address any questions or concerns at a moment’s notice. Every issue was worked until we were 100% satisfied. We couldn’t be more pleased with how the project turned out and would highly recommend Craft.

Last month we had our bathroom remodeled by Craft Kitchen & Bath. It had been 35 years since that bathroom had been "updated." We worked with Mr. Walter Jones, an extremely talented designer, who trained at a prestigious design school in London, England. When we told him what we thought we wanted (we weren't really sure) he artfully steered us in a direction that resulted in an elegant bathroom that is a wonderful addition to our 1948 Cape Cod house. Mr. Jones always worked with us to get the most cost-effective, yet beautiful materials! His advice was spot-on. The workmen, especially a hardworking young man named Evar, were friendly, efficient, and thorough. I didn't mind having them in my house for several weeks. I am so glad we chose Craft Kitchen & Bath for our remodel. I heartily recommend them!

Craft Kitchen and Bath provided outstanding attention to detail, superb workmanship, and were very responsive to questions and concerns. We read the Angie's LIst reveiws and contracted with Craft after firing the insurance recommended contractor (Jenkins Restorations). We were a bit wary after the extremely bad experience with Jenkins Restorations, but Craft came through with flying colors throughout the remodeling process. We were looking for white cabinets that were low-end cost-wise but looked nice and wanted thermofoil instead of paint; which we highly recommend for white cabinets to eliminate joints prominently showing. The designer suggested Waypoint cabinets, which we were somewhat familiar with, and we were very pleased with the result compared to the junk from Wolf cabinets that Jenkins had supplied. We found the Waypoint cabinets to be well made for the price-point and with only a few defects and Craft was very willing to replace anything necessary to ensure our satisfaction. We also wanted to preserve our existing backsplash and this is where the superb workmanship from Craft revealed itself. They did a superb job installing the cabinets to fit the existing backsplash as closely as possible and did some tile work under the microwave to make everything look perfect; including the space under the corner cabinet. In fact, Craft was not satisfied with the vertical piece of the granite counter top that met the tile backsplash and had the counter top supplier make and install a new piece. Craft felt the gap was too large to fill properly and would not look good.

I received no project timeline, no line item breakout/detailed breakout of the project estimate price, repeatedly asked for a project plan without avail. I selected them based on their Angie's List review but seems like the reviews and ratings are false. We paid the merchant in full and still had issues--the hardwood floor started warping--took them 2 months to respond and fix; the kitchen island they had installed was crooked--merchant refuses to respond. Finally, the plug outlet they installed in the island was simply taped by black tape and not covered or protected-open wiring! Merchant refuses to respond. Unfortunately, I recommended to 3-4 friends after the project was over but have now asked them not to reach out to Craft. Absolutely awful customer service, and no responsiveness. Details below are summaries of e-mails I sent to Craft and received very unprofessional responses and threats to be taken to court, and that they will not honor their warranty: After project was complete was done, we did a final inspection to see deep gouges in our hardwood floor that we had paid Craft to refinish. There as no inspection every of the project, no project manager, no timeline. All appliances were installed by Craft after hardwood floor was refinished by Craft. Seeing the deep gouges, we said we won't make last payment until the gouges are fixed, as well as asked for other items to be addressed, such as: 1. Project finished on 10/23 (pending hardwood refinishing). You did not come to inspect to see if the work was done correctly which included installing the gas cookptop. I had a gas leak from the cooktop over the weekend and called Edi on Monday who came in, and said there was indeed a gas leak. He then fixed it quickly. However, had you been here as the Project Manager to inspect all the work on Friday after it ended, you would have caught it too as I smelled gas since Friday and through the weekend and presumed it was because of the new cooktop--i did not realize it was leaking. This is a major issue. There was gas leaking in my house and my house could have gone up in flames. I will never understand why you don't inspect the work. 2. When the gas work was done, my gas water heater had turned off as the mains had been turned off. As had my gas fireplace. I asked you how to fix it but ended up relighting the gas pilot by hand--something that is risky and I had never done before. Again, no inspection was done after the work was complete, so no one caught these things. 3. Appliances that Craft installed. Craft made no effort to inspect the appliances before installing them. I saw that the appliances were all scratched up and dinged/damaged. I sent them back to Home Depot and Craft charged for installing them again. Craft should be inspecting everything they install. Even after installing the chimney a second time, the chimney was installed crooked, and then dented. I had to fix it myself. 4. Damaged cabinets--the holes made in the bottom of the cabinets by mistake as your team installed the wrong huge LED lights without asking us. I am not comfortable paying for furniture grade cabinets and then accepting them damaged. No one got sign off from us on which LED lighting to use and you went ahead and installed large LED lights without asking us, resulting in damage to our cabinets 5. The steel farmhouse sink that we inspected with you before installation. After installation it has scratches on it. We had specifically told you to be there during the installation of the granite to which you had verbally agreed. Everytime they came for the measurement, we had to be home as you did not come (in spite of telling us you would). And the measurement was wrong so they had to go back and recut the sink area. I will not pay for the damaged sink. 6. You have been requesting payment. However, no payment is due until the final bit of work is complete. I do not want to make any payments until the work is complete. 7. All appliances needed to go back. Again, you said it's not damage caused by your people but because you never inspected them when they were installed, we had to go through tremendous harassment in calling Home Depot and waiting for hours for them to resolve. 8. I never received a project timeline in spite of repeatedly asking for it.9. There is still trash in my garage that hasn't been picked up with dust everywhere. 10. No one ever walked us through the details of the design providing details around each cabinet and what features each would have 11. Electric outlet on island. Everyone had forgotten about it till I went through the contract. Why did you as the Project Manager never inspect the contract? Why do I have to be the one inspecting every little thing? 12. We stopped working with the Craft Project Manager, Luisa, who made design mistakes and when we asked her why she did so and what she will do to fix, responded 3 WEEKS after our e-mail and not acknowledging any issues. 13. The design included breaking a wall that we had said included a load bearing beam. Craft did not do anything to verify and when demolition began on day 1, discovered that the wall indeed had a load bearing beam. Cabinets needed to be reordered and pushed out the project timeline. But I never received the project timeline. 14. Once appliances were installed by Craft there were fingerprints everywhere on my $9000 worth of brand new steel appliances--EVERYWHERE. When I asked Craft how they would clean, they said they would scrub the fingerprints off with paper towels. Really? I refused to let them to do and have spent hours cleaning them with a soft cloth and warm soap and water. 15. Craft charged me to reinstall the cooktop (that was damaged which they did not inspect when installing as I wasn't home) and the hood. Not acceptable as they took the responsibility to install the appliances when I wasn't home so should have checked them to see if they were damaged. Direct quote and threat from Fuat (Frank) Aksoy, owner of Craft Kitchen after I sent an e-mail withholding the remaining 10% of payments that was due at end of contract as I did not agree that the contract was complete. No contrac " I will talk to corporation lawyer to. I will talk to my collection company too. You can right best review. Mr. Aurpon . I did what the best is for you.i am done if not paid your remaining debt of up to Monday See you in court then." tRegardless, I paid the full amount after I got tired of the threats and debates but had a nightmare experience.

After doing kitchen remodel research and gathering quotes all summer, I decided to go with Craft K&B for our kitchen remodeling project-this turned out to be a great decision! We're very happy with our new kitchen, and the remodeling process was very smooth, thanks to Luisa's & Fuat's attention to detail. They both were incredibly responsive through the whole project, and Willy & his sons' workmanship was very good. The Yorktown cabinets took a long time to come in (12 weeks-out of Craft's control), but after that, the entire kitchen was completed in 4 weeks. The workmen were there on time every day, were extremely polite, cleaned up well every evening, and were flexible and responsive to any small issues that came up along the way. There were no surprises, and no extra price increases from the original quote, which was very competitive compared to other quotes we received. I did have a strong sense of what I wanted for the look of the kitchen, so I didn't rely heavily on their design services. I heard horror stories from neighbors who used larger companies to do their remodeling work, which took a LOT more time and money than originally quoted. I'm glad we went with this smaller company; they seem able to give complete attention to their projects. I would definitely recommend Craft K&B to others.

We are glad we came across with Creft Kitchen & Bath. My husband and me wanted to have a new kitchen in our house. We knew that it's not gonna be an easy project. But owne of this company r Fuat and designer Noelia did everything to make it smooth and quick. From the beginning they wanted to make sure that we are completely satisfy and happy with the process. If we had a question or concern they would come in the house even in late hours and would take care of the issue. Thank you very much for a great job! We love our new kitchen! Everything looks as good as we imagined. I would definitely recommend this company for my friends.

It went very well. The project took approx. 3-4 weeks. Eddie and his co-workers were very responsive. Arrived on time (ish and were gone by the time I arrived home from work. Left the condo mess free. Noelia was my project manager. She helped with selection of materials, colors, paints and excellent ideas for my first remodel. She definitely knows her stuff. The microwave over the range was a little hard for me to reach. She ordered a new cabinet and lowered the mw. I plan to do my bathroom next and will use this company again.

It was okay. I wouldn't say they were terribly creative or had great ideas. They're okay. The price was in the ballpark. It was reasonable.
