I was really lucky to have found Craft Kitchen and Bath, in particular Fuat. I knew I wanted high quality contemporary bathrooms, Fuat worked with me in creating the plans and measurements...figuring out what would fit and what didn't. I used mostly their tiles but for another bathroom I wanted tiles from a different vendor which they had no problems ordering for me. I absolutely love the results! The projects took about 3 weeks. There were some unforseen problems along the way, but I have to say they were all taken care of. I never heard a no from them. I had a huge free standing bathtub installed and used it for the first time this October when it started to get cold. Unfortunately when we turned on the water, we never had any hot water as the settings of the faucet were slightly off when installed. I called the owner and within a day they sent a crew to take a look at it and fix the issue or any other issues I had. This was four months after I had already paid and signed the contract. My favorite thing about this company is that they actually communicate with you. Fuat was excellent in providing updates and communicating promptly answering any questions I had. This was such a different experience from any other company i've worked with. As a result I will definitely be using them again to renovate my third bathroom as soon as I save up again.

Fuat and his team worked really hard to give us our dream kitchen and they stayed very close to our budget, without giving up on quality. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR NEWLY RENOVATED KITCHEN!!!!! From demolition to the final touches we were really impressed with their level of professionalism and quality of work. Fuat's team showed up promptly at every scheduled work time. Their attention to detail and work ethic are truly excellent! Fuat stayed in close communication with us and always responded to my concerns very timely. We will definitely use Craft Kitchen & Bath to do any future renovations. Of course, we have already been raving about Fuat and his team to all of our neighbors. Search no more! Craft Kitchen & Bath is the only one you will need to create your dream kitchen (or bath)!

This company is all about customer service and professionalism. The owner came out and took measurements and set a date with me for the installation. On installation day, the 2 tile installers actually arrived a few minutes early! they laid out dropcloths starting at the front door all the way to the kitchen. They worked all day except for a very short lunch break. Instead of returning the next day to finish the job as the owner had explained, they stayed until 6pm and totally finished the backsplash. The workmanship was excellent. They had to cut a lot of tiles to accommodate corners and window sills. All the tiles are equally spaced and the whole look is exactly what I hoped. I will certainly recommend Craft Kitchen and Bath for any tile job. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!

I could not be happier with the experience I had from Craft Kitchen and Bath. Everyone was very professional, responsive, and the work quality was top notch. I had been looking for several weeks for a contractor to install the backsplash. I talked to several companies, including the company that did my kitchen renovation. Everyone wanted between $1800 and $2200, which I found to be ridiculous. We contacted Craft Kitchen and bath and scheduled them to come take a look at our kitchen. The sales manager, Fuat, was very knowledgeable and was willing to work with me to get exactly what I wanted. He even let me provide my own tile and deducted money from the sale price. The installers came the following week and did an amazing job. They even removed an old phone jack, at no extra cost. I now have the backsplash that I wanted at the price that I wanted. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has a kitchen remodeling need.

The team from Craft was fabulous. From our first meeting in the showroom to final clean up they were attentive to every detail and were diligent in helping us get exactly what we wanted in our basement. Allen was the construction manager. We met with him three times, once in the show room and twice in our home. He was very responsive to making changes to the design drawings and asked us good questions which enabled us to make choices with small details that we might not have considered. He took measurements twice before ordering the cabinets and kept us up to date with the shipping details from the cabinet manufacturer and promptly scheduled the installation as soon as all the material was on hand. He forgot to tell us that we needed to buy the faucet set for the sink; he corrected this mistake by working directly with a supplier and had the model we wanted delivered for installation. The installations crew as efficient and took care to control dust and cleaned up well each of the two days it took to do the job. The Craft construction foreman met the counter top contractor and ensure that the measurement and fabrication was completed on time. In all this was a great experience. A++ to Craft Kitchen and Bath.

It was terrific. The Craft showroom has a great selection of materials.The manager Fuat is fabulous to work with - Everything from choosing the color scheme and materials to having everything lined up perfectly as far as the scheduling of the contractors. When he said workers would be at the house they were there on time, courteous and always cleaned their work area nightly. I loved having a specific team of Craft contractors. If something was getting delivered it came as expected. If I had a problem, Fuat promptly came to my house. He was great at making sure everything was done exactly as I was told it would be done and when it would be done. I am very pleased at just how efficient he managed the entire project. I have high praise for his customer service, which certainly solidifies a great reputation for Craft. We will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

The consultation went very well. The company was very professional, prompt and detailed. They have a great merchandise selection and the owner as well as the designer were very friendly. I can't say enough about the companies personal service.

We recently had our 2.5 bathrooms fully renovated and updated by Craft Kitchen & Bath located in Chantilly, VA. It was the best experience we had with a home improvement contracting company to date. Fuat Aksoy (Manager) and his team at Craft developed a project plan that was superior to two other vendor?s proposals we sought, both in price and quality of the build. They listened to us and were responsive to our needs throughout the project. Their aim was to make us happy with the outcome, and that is just what they did. We could not have asked for better results and customer service. We would use them again in a heartbeat and recommend them without reserve.

Craft sales representative came on time on the appointment day. We discussed about the ideas that we had in mind and he gave us advice on what can be done with the limited space of our bathroom. As per our request, he sent us an estimate with the detail description of work and the cost of the project was within our budget. We set up an appointment to visit their showroom and select materials such as tile, vanity, faucet, fixtures etc. In the process of selecting materials Fuat was very patient with us and helpful in creating design ideas. Finally, we signed the contract and the project was started within two weeks. Craft promised us to finish the job in 10 days, and we received our bathroom in one week! Fuat and his team were very careful and they clean up everything before they leave for the day. We used to receive constant updates from Craft about the status of the project. We will definitely hire Craft for our future projects and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a high quality work and with an affordable budget.

In just 3 days the job was completed. No mess, no delays and punctual. I will recommend them anytime and a good piece of advice: have your new toilet, pedestal sink and accessories handy. It was a breeze!
