What can I say about Burns Contracting, Inc? Well, no one is perfect, but Tony and his crew are pretty close. I’m a first-time homeowner of 2-years, and this was my first roof replacement. I remember feeling immediately at ease as Tony came by to inspect the roof initially. I believe that was primarily because he didn’t sugar coat his assessment nor hide the fact that he wouldn’t know the complete picture until he got started. At the end of day-1, he provided a full assessment to include additional repairs and costs that would be necessary. And I greatly appreciated his honesty, the information he provided and how he would always update me on all changes. My house is a Mid-century Modern ranch built in 1952 with a traditional tar and gravel roof. Burns Contracting installed an UltraPly Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roofing System that will hopefully last for the next 20-years. The project took almost a week, Tony and his crew uncovered that the roof had been patched multiple times over the years, but not properly repaired. There were so many spots of water damage, which it’s a wonder that the house internally had only leaked in one location. A lot of the decking had to be replaced as well as most of the rakes and fascia boards which crumbled when touched. Excellently, Burns Contracting made the repairs and restored my complete confidence with the new roof. Prep and clean up were done expertly, and I have already started recommending this company to other colleagues who say they have similar roofing requirements.

Tony got us into his schedule quicker than we thought and helped us out trying to get our flat roof for our porch fixed in order to put our house up for sale. He came and worked on the roof all day. It was a tough job that he stuck with to completion in one day (he left after 7 PM. There was even hidden damage that he found and fixed with only a small adjustment to the original estimate. Great service and assistance. Would recommend highly.

Mr. Burns was prompt, professional and courteous. He performed t work in a timely and efficient manner. He fully explained the work to be delivered ne and reviewed it with me when he was finished.

I hired Burns Contracting twice because Tony is a skilled professional, honest, and takes pride in his work product. He replaced the roof on our addition in 2014 and then in 2016 replaced our the entire gutter system on our large and old home. He also repaired and replaced fascia, came up with quick and inexpensive fixes to prevent critters from entering our attic via the roof. Always helpful, always full of integrity, always delivering high value work. Tony Burns is already on my planning calendar for future projects I have in mind.

Tony replaced my roof that was originally tar and gravel and had an additional roof. His bid was not the lowest, but the presentation of his bid and his responsiveness to my questions got him the job. He is very easy to work with and up front and honest. We came across additional damage (fascia, decking, ceiling tiles). The additional cost was very reasonable and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend Burns Contracting for your roofing needs.

Tony and his helper did a very good job replacing a shared utility shed roof. He is very personable and articulate, and it was easy to define what we needed, specifications within guidelines of our Homeowner's Association. The wet Spring weather delayed the start of the project, but this was no fault of Tony's. Once the rainy weather cleared and his backlog was finished, Tony got right to work and finished the job in a timely fashion. Cleanup was quick and efficient. Now we and our next-door neighbor have a beautiful, state-of-the-art, leak-proof roof on our shared shed. Thank you, Tony, for a job well done.
