Mr Burns was very prompt answering the service, and accurate in diagnosing the issue of the storm/rain damage to my roof and taking urgently appropriate repair action that prevented further damages and stopped the leaking. He cleaned up all debris. All in all he provided excellent services and was very pleasant to work with. Will definitely hire him again for any new roofing issue.

Tony is very knowledgeable and communicates frequently. No surprises that are left unknown to the client. Prompt and considerate and polite and went above and beyond to complete a project that was larger than originally planned due to previous bad workmanship. Very professional and does not walk away telling you that he can't help you because of previously caused issues as other contractors have done. Mr. Burns is quite knowledgeable about the type of roof we had (built-up, also known as slag or tar & gravel), and the repairs necessary to correct a leak (vice replacement). Other roofers wouldnâ t take the job - it was out of their sphere of experience. Mr. Burns was prompt, clean and efficient, and charged a reasonable amount. On his first visit, Mr. Burns repaired part of the roof and eave that had rotted away over time. The rot was due to long term (years) water intrusion. There were two possible sources for the origin, but we took his advice to wait for rain to determine which area needed repair work. He returned in a few days, after a heavy rainstorm revealed the source, to find and repair the source of the leak higher up. The roof has been trouble free since his repair.

I am super pleased with the service Tony provided. From beginning to end he was professional and polite. My new roof is wonderful , and so are my new gutters, downspouts and gutter guards I had him do. The price was reasonable and work was done on schedule as promised. I can’t say enough good things about this company; Tony was awesome! He promptly responded to my inquiry about fixing the leaking roof on my home, came out to take measurements and gave me a solid estimate. He agreed that I needed new gutters also, and the price was more than fair. All work was done within a few weeks of my initial contact even with a few snags such as a material shortage and rusty pipes on my roof. Tony went above and beyond to give me the time and service that was needed to get the job done, always with a smile. I will be using him again soon to install leaf guards on my new gutters. I highly recommend his business to everyone who wants quality work from a professional at a fair price.

What can I say about Burns Contracting, Inc? Well, no one is perfect, but Tony and his crew are pretty close. I’m a first-time homeowner of 2-years, and this was my first roof replacement. I remember feeling immediately at ease as Tony came by to inspect the roof initially. I believe that was primarily because he didn’t sugar coat his assessment nor hide the fact that he wouldn’t know the complete picture until he got started. At the end of day-1, he provided a full assessment to include additional repairs and costs that would be necessary. And I greatly appreciated his honesty, the information he provided and how he would always update me on all changes. My house is a Mid-century Modern ranch built in 1952 with a traditional tar and gravel roof. Burns Contracting installed an UltraPly Thermoplastic Polyolefin (TPO) Roofing System that will hopefully last for the next 20-years. The project took almost a week, Tony and his crew uncovered that the roof had been patched multiple times over the years, but not properly repaired. There were so many spots of water damage, which it’s a wonder that the house internally had only leaked in one location. A lot of the decking had to be replaced as well as most of the rakes and fascia boards which crumbled when touched. Excellently, Burns Contracting made the repairs and restored my complete confidence with the new roof. Prep and clean up were done expertly, and I have already started recommending this company to other colleagues who say they have similar roofing requirements.

Tony got us into his schedule quicker than we thought and helped us out trying to get our flat roof for our porch fixed in order to put our house up for sale. He came and worked on the roof all day. It was a tough job that he stuck with to completion in one day (he left after 7 PM. There was even hidden damage that he found and fixed with only a small adjustment to the original estimate. Great service and assistance. Would recommend highly.
