Description of Work: My front door deadbolt had been replaced incorrectly and my door would not unlock. Baldino's had a tech at my house within an hour, he had the door open and the lock repaired quickly. The lock works better now than when brand new.

+ -1 moreWe had originally scheduled them to change the lock, but another company showed up before them and completed the task. We wanted Baldino's to change the lock, but the other company had shown up and we thought they were Baldino's. He was very courteous and friendly despite the mix up. His pricing was reasonable and much lower than the other company's.
Description of Work: We called them about changing our master lock on the front door.

Description of Work: We were unable to use the provider since the emergency service locksmith was too far away. A child was in the house alone that we needed to access and he responded our request quickly. He suggested we contact 911 (as he could hear the upset child on our monitor). We appreciated his advice and concern. Even though we did not use their service (we contacted them as their store location appeared close) the professionalism will keep them on our list if we need locksmith help.

I searched angie's list and found this locksmith, I gave them a call and someone prompty answered the phone and told me someone would be out by noon. About 25 minutes later the locksmith called to confirm my address and was there shortly after. He then explained why my lock had broken off and replaced it with a new one. I even got to keep the same key. I highly recommend them. They were there within an hour from when I placed the call and I had a new lock thirty minutes later. Some people may find them on the pricey side, however the service is great and I feel like I got my money's worth.

+ -1 moreI have recently moved into a home and needed my front and back doors re-keyed which involved installing new locks on front door only. Steve and Jersey arrived on time, as scheduled and I was immediately impressed with their professionalism. They asked key questions to clarify my specific needs, made a suggestion for a better solution and then confirmed specifically what I wanted done. They then went about completing the task, all the time describing how I can best maintain the locks and actually demonstrating maintenance (once per year) that will keep them functioning well for a long time. They double checked their work and as they were about to leave, noticed that the front door lock was striking in a way that did not allow the door seal (around the entire door) to close completely (e.g. for energy efficiency). Steve took some additional time to make the adjustment and now the door has a stronger seal. They were personable, customer oriented and very expert at their jobs. I would definitely call them again.
Description of Work: Installed new lock and re-keyed old lock to match.
