They did a really good job. I was just impressed with the results I got; they really changed the appearance of my patio. They were very professional and got the job done.

They did a good job. They were prompt; they came in on time and did their job. They have people who come out and give you estimates right away and you also avail 25% discount if you gave the pictures of your house. I had other companies who could do the same job for cheaper price but I decided to use them because they had good reviews. The quality of work is good. Overall I've had great experience with them and I will be using them later for deck washing.

We called one day, they came out the next day as promised, and completed the job professionally and came back a few days later to seal the deck. We are very pleased with their response and with their work. The siding and deck look great. The price for the work was reasonable.

B&A came recommended by my neighbor. They were on time and completed the work without problems. The house is much cleaner. I would use them again.

I am not too thrilled with them. I did not think that they did that great a job. They came out a couple of extra times. They are all very nice. This year I had a friend do it and the difference is night and day. It's like having somebody who is not even a professional doing it and it felt like they never really got my house cleaned. I don't know what there was a quality difference was or why there was a difference. One side of my house gets really dirty and it just never got clean again until now. It is clean now 2 years later when I had somebody personally come out with their own personal power washer come and do it. They came out twice to redo that side. I don't know if it's their equipment or their people though they are all very nice. I would not go back to them again. They also cleaned my deck and that they did well. They had a very competitive price.

We live in a heavily wooded area, so our gutters require cleaning quite often. I had used B&A Powerwashing about a year ago with no problems, so I called them (right before the 4th of July) to come out and clean my gutters. I was given an appointment for the afternoon of Tuesday July 6th. Tuesday came and went, and my gutters were still a mess. I phoned the company Wednesday afternoon and spoke with a service rep who informed me that she would have to call the techs to find out what happened and call me back shortly. By Thursday morning I still hadn't received a call, so I called back and spoke to a different rep. He gave me the same story, but called back within 15 minutes, apologizing for the confusion and assuring me that someone would be out that very afternoon to clean my gutters. Thursday came and went and Friday morning my gutters were STILL not cleaned. I called B&A again and was told that a tech did indeed clean my gutters and left an invoice (supposedly verified by GPS), however I could easily see from the ground the overflowing debris in my gutters and we had no invoice. So after being told twice that I someone was here, I just asked to be put back on the schedule. I was given Tuesday, July 13th as the date my gutters would be cleaned. Once again, Tuesday came and went, and No cleaned gutters. Finally, Wednesday afternoon, 2 men showed up in an unmarked truck to clean the gutters. The job went fine, and they weren't here for very long before one of them knocked on my door to tell me they were done. He did inform me that my rear gutters needed to be repaired since they were pulling away from the house, which would be a $60 fix. He also mentioned that some of my trees were causing algae to grow on my roof and would need to be trimmed as well, and offered to do that too. I started asking more questions, since I was unaware that B&A did those types of jobs, when I discovered that it wouldn't be for B&A, but just these 2 random guys doing the repairs. After declining the extra work, the men picked up their equipment and left.

Was quickly contacted via email and given a next day appt that should have included both pricing and service. I was delayed twice via phone and then told they couldn't show. We rescheduled for the following week and I was assured we'd be "taken care of". When they finally showed at the outskirts of the timeframe given, I was given an estimate that seems at least a 1/3rd higher than it should be. I was then told to call to schedule service. When i said I was expecting service on the same day as the estimate a quick call was made and I was told someone would show later in the afternoon. Later in the afternoon I was called and told that due to an emergency nobody would be coming. I did not reschedule and waste another day away from work waiting around for a company that has a serious scheduling problem.

Due to a build up of green mold on the north side of the house and an accumulation of dust and dirt elsewhere I called B&A Power Washing company. They were courteous and friendly in taking the order and promised to do the job the next afternoon. They did come out the next day while I was at work and did the job. The cleaning of the siding was good. They totally washed away the green mold and dirt and put on a wax sealer to preserve the clean finish. The house and yard were in good shape when I got home, as if noone had been there. I found the bill on my door when I got home with the exact price for the job that they had quoted. I thought the price was reasonable considering the work that had to be completed. I may have them clean and seal my deck next year.

They did a great job. They gave us a window time for them to come in and arrived within that window. The deck was very clean and good.

The deck has no access to the ground. They told me that they would be able to take care of me immediately, I had to call back several times, and they were not punctual. From what I hear, Josh is the best, and he is the one who came out. They did an excellent job of cleaning, and I was amazed at how clean they were able to get everything. However, he did find a ladder on the deck, which he used to do the work instead of the using the company ladder, and he left it leaning against the deck from the ground, so anyone could have found it that way and come into my home. He jeopardized the safety of my neighbors, and I was appalled at this unprofessionalism and blatant risking of my and my house's safety. I was about to show my apartment, and had to have my elderly father move it himself. Josh also indicated that there were a few places that were rotted, and after I called to complain about the ladder, he changed his story to imply that the whole deck was rotted and that I maybe should get a whole new deck. That was crazy. It seemed to me that it was a direct reaction to being sensitive about the ladder, and left me not having a clue about what was true. The owner seemed to be much more responsive about the ladder. They had an extremely low price compared to other companies, however. It was a package deal for cleaning and treating, and they were willing to just do the cleaning without the rest for me. They also did a good job on the siding, and cleaned it well. Their prices were by far the best for anything related to the deck.

They were absolutely awesome, their price was exactly what they quoted me. They were timely and I was able to get them within a week of calling.

They did a superb job and they did everything they had to. I am very satisfied with the way they did their job; the deck looks very clean. They are professional and very friendly. I would definitely consider them for any future jobs. I would recommend these guys because they do awesome work.

The deck looked really bad. He was able to remove the stain in places but not everywhere. It really looked bad. When I contacted B&A, I wanted to speak with the Office Mgr., Ms. Jones. They sent the technician out again and he told me that there was nothing else that he could do. When I spoke with Ms. Jones again, she informed me that I had to pay the $645.00, or they would take me to court, then she hung up on me. I have no respect for this company. They over-charged me, were dis-honest in there approach to get business and were not willing to listen to my complaints.

I specified I needed low VOC products due to allergies and multiple chemical sensitivity. They had to check and call me back on the products. I should not be around smoke due to my medical condition and not only did they send me a smoker but he smoked on the job. They were asked not to come in my house and they did anyway because they did not bring a ladder to reach the higher part of the deck. They were supposed to be here at 12PM and they didn't show up until 230PM. The whole situation is terrible and I am very upset. They were supposed to wash the stoop and it looks worse than before they washed it. They got dirt all over my door. They just weren't with it. They power washed my garage and then told me they don't seal garages. I also noticed that the deck is splintering. The splintering was not present before they started the work. This is the worst experience I have ever had with people working on my home.

The young man that came was personable and did a good job. He came early (a pleasant surprise) and stayed until the work was done. The only thing that I wished could have been removed, which he stated could not be power washed off, was dried egg from our house was egged several years ago. The company was very responsive in getting the work arranged, but did not respond to 2 emails after the work was done.

I asked him why he showed up on Friday when he was supposed to come on Saturday and they said it was probably just a misunderstanding. I tried to reschedule for Thursday, the receptionist said he would be at my home between 8 and 10. At 9, he called me and told me he didn't know he was supposed to have the appointment with me and said he wouldn't be able to get there until after 10. I was unhappy because I had left several messages and he was just calling me during the time he was supposed to be there. I also told him that the power spray he had performed didn't look very good.

First e-mail wasn't responded to, but second one was, with apologies. Offered me a 10% military discount when I asked in the quote. Work done 2 days after agreeing to quote. Mike apologized for arriving 15 minutes late. He power washed one day (took 90 minutes), let it dry, and returned the following day to seal it. I'm pleased with the experience and results, though the additional price for doing the stairs and furniture was high relative to the rest of the job.

Completely happy with service and results. House is shining and the wood fence looks especially nice. Service rep was hard working, diligent and easy to work with.

The deck job was done well, but the siding work was poorly done. I had to request that they come back a second time. In addition, the person who actually did the work (Tim) did not arrive when the company's email indicated they would be there; in fact, one hand did not seem to know what the other was doing. In addition, Tim was fired shortly after he first worked on my house, but no one told me and I was continuing to get assurances from Tim that he would return to complete the job. Finally, the company tried to charge me a late fee for not paying their invoice despite the job not being done. A very bad experience that I would not wish on anyone else.

Justin and his brother did a great job. Spend over three hours. Did underneath deck also. Was very respectful to wife. One area they did not get was top lattice.

Really nice work; the water beads up on my deck when it rains. I was very impressed. I never saw the guys who did it. I called, made an appt, left a check, and it was done. They left my yard nice and clean, also.

This is the first time that I have used this company. They arrived almost 90 minutes late for the appointed time. The owner of the company actually called and apologized for this. When the worker arrived, he was very professional, polite, and he began working right away and did a very good job. I was pleased with the appearance of my house, deck and fence.
