Their first go, it didn't get all the mildew, so they came back and fixed the issue easy peasy!

Our home's siding has been quite dirty and one side of the house (always in the shade) had a bad mold problem. I contacted B&A, and signed up to get their cleaning service before their busy season started, and only has to wait about a week for an appointment. I told that I found them on Angie's List and received an additional 10% off. When their worker was finished, it looked like a new house. He spent quite some time on every side of the house, and was even able to clean the attic vents from the ground. And the mold was all removed, and has not come back yet. Absolutely worth it!

We have a white house and it was looking pretty nasty with a green tinge. Stephen power washed the house and brick walkway and deck. House and walkway looked like new. Deck also looked good but is showing its age.

Great. We used them twice and enjoyed the results after both services. Our home is tall and they were able to come out and get the mold off the highest point. Just be sure to have them wash down the plants first in case the bleach is used. Some of our trees lost their leaves after the first service due to the bleach, but everything was fine after I mentioned it for the second time.

B & A stood behind their work and was responsive to my complaint when they were contacted. I am satisfied with the work and the resolution they offered to resolve my concerns.

They did a great job. They still have one short fall and that is with their service they offer a clear sealant and it is always of poor quality. So their service was fantastic, appointments were schedule promptly, they were fair on price but the sealant is of poor quality and it doesn’t last. They were very professional.

Quote was prompt (via their web site). Gave me their advertised discount when requested (but not until I asked, so go to their web site to see current specials). Person arrived on time, went right to work, and did a good job. Sealant can't be applied when deck is wet, and we had a few days of rain, so job completion was somewhat delayed. They ask for payment on completion of the job, but started emailing me about payment as soon as the washing was done. That was the only thing I didn't appreciate about the whole experience.

I called B & A Power Washing since the Angie's List reviews were favorable. A gentleman came by to look over the areas to be cleaned. I had a brick walkway leading to the front door that was stained with moss and algae and a back flagstone patio with stains and algae. After receiving an estimate, the areas were pressure washed very well. They still look very clean and bright. I moved the small items off the patio myself before the washing was done. I know the algae will grow back eventually but I hope to take the advice of the serviceman to spray diluted bleach solution on the patio to slow its return. The job cost $175.00 and was completed in an hour or two. All debris was removed.

This company was great. They scheduled my job quickly and arrived on time. They did a good job pressure washing my house, including the high areas.

This company started work on my deck without a signed agreement, without approval, and without anyone home at my house. In addition, when I arrived at home the person working on the deck did not understand the type of wood on my deck or how it needed to be washed and maintained. After speaking with management they insisted that I pay for the washing they did - again without my approval. As if this was not enough several days later they sent someone to my house to finish the deck after they had been told not to come back to my house. They then sent me bills, assessed late fees, and sent letters from attorneys threatening legal action. After many months I paid the initial fee to stop their harassment. The management team is angry and abusive when you speak with them on the phone, on the rare occasions they can be reached. I had another company come out to service the deck and they said that B&A did not clean the deck properly. Do not use this company for exotic woods as they do not now how to treat them, some of the the people at the company are abusive on the phone, and they are just not nice to work with.

Web site registration and an immediate call back. Setting up for service and response to questions about specific work to be performed were excellent. Tech came next day -- a Sunday! Very friendly and got right to work. Due to very hot weather, didn't have to wait long for deck to dry and apply sealant. Came next day and finished without even being noticed by my wife, who was home (I was at work). He just came with his ladder and took care of job. Follow up by customer service (not the person who set up appointment, who was excellent) was below par. I was told by the tech the office would call to check up. They called all right, demanding immediate payment even though I had only just been invoiced. When I asked about water not beading up on deck and would I need a 2nd application the response was not helpful and less than professional. Overall, the one quibble with customer service aside, I would recommend B&A PowerWashing. Reasonable price and fast service ( & you don't need to be home) warrant a solid grade. Deck looks much better and I'll likely have them back next year (even though the customer service rep never even inquired about scheduled deck maintenance.

After removing the mold the tech continued to clean the vinyl siding on the entire house. The tech was right on time, professional and at a reasonable price. I will certainly use them again.

I recommend B&A. The work was performed better than expected. The technician, Gabe, arrived on time and was pleasant and polite. We have a beehive in the backyard and asked the technician to be careful with the spray. He was very respectful. Our home looks so much better now, he did the gutters as well. I will definitely use B&A again next year if the house needs cleaning and will ask for the same technician.

I haven't had any problems with B & A Power Washing.

We had a very poor experience with B&A Powerwashing. They came quickly to powerwash our deck, but because it rained shortly after that, they could not seal the deck the same day. This is completely understandable, except that it took two weeks and multiple phone calls from us for them to come back to seal the deck. Additionally, the first time we called (a week after powerwashing the deck) they lied and said they would be there the next day. Again, I understand if whether does not allow them to return right away, but two weeks was unacceptable and they never called us to update us on when they would be back. As for the quality of their work, the powerwashing was well done as was the sealing. However, when they powerwashed the deck, they shot a lot of dirt onto the siding of the house and left it there for me to wash off. They also trampled through one of our gardens, unseating many bricks lining the garden.

B&A was very friendly when making my appointment. Even when I had to change my date, they were very understanding. Very Organized: Once the power washer came out he moved all my things off my deck (even my fountain), and made sure that all my windows were closed. He was very careful of my potted plants and shrubs. Once he got started...my deck and house is so, so clean and it made my deck look brand new. My house siding looks awesome. And they got off the black mold on my stoop and sidewalk. He placed all my deck items back onto my deck, gathered his equipment and made sure everything was left as it was... Extremely professional: The agent spoke perfect English and answered all my questions. Was very professional, organized and on time. I would definitely use them again!

Update: My husband agreed to let Nick come out a third time to wash our house Thursday morning. It was actually Solomon who showed up and he agreed that our house had never been properly washed. He spent a good 3 1/2 hours washing our house the way it should have been done the first time and I am satisfied with the work that was done. As a result I am upgrading the previous "F" grade to a "C". B&A came out on Monday to pressure my home and deck for me. When Charlie showed up he told me that it would only take an hour and a half to finish the work. I was pretty surprised by this as I have a larger house and figured it would take longer. I told him that I had to take my daughter to the dentist and if he wasn't done by the time I had to leave if he could just leave a bill for me and he said no problem. My daughter and I were only gone for about an hour, and when I got back, Charlie was gone. When I pulled into the driveway, I noticed immediately that the garage side of my house was not done. When I walked in the house, I saw that many of my windows had a cloudy, milky white film on them obviously from the cleaner that Charlie had sprayed on them. I then walked around the outside of my house and realized that my house had not been pressured washed at all and my deck was only spot cleaned. I thought maybe Charlie had left for an emergency and would come back to finish since he didn't leave a bill. I waited awhile and when he didn't come back, I called the office but they were gone for the day, so I left a message. Tuesday morning I called twice during the 8 o'clock hour but got the answering machine. I called again about 9:40 am. This time I spoke to a woman who identified herself as the owner. She was apologetic and said she would send a supervisor out first thing Wednesday morning to make it right. I told her that I had an appointment in the morning and I wanted to be here to make sure the work was done properly but that I shouldn't be gone for very long. She said that shouldn't be a problem because he would be here for awhile so he should still be here when I get back. She also told me that Charlie should not have told me the job would only take 1 1/2 hours and that it would be more like a 4 hour job. When I left for my appointment Wednesday morning, I passed Charlie coming into my neighborhood. I couldn't believe that they were sending him out when they told me they would be sending a supervisor. When I got back from my appointment about an hour later, Charlie was gone. My windows were wet and parts of the deck were wet but basically my house looked the same. My windows still had the same cloudy film on them from Charlie spraying cleaner on them on Monday and my house was still dirty. I still had the same massive amount of turkey buzzard excrement on my window above my garage and on the shutter on the window below that. All my window sills were still dirty. The shutters on my front porch were still dirty, the pediments over my windows were still dirty, the mold on my eaves all around my house was still there, the dirt was still on the two doors and the porch to my husband's office, etc. And despite that, I found a bill on my front door for $715. I immediately called B&A and was put on the phone with the owner Brandon. I got very upset when he insisted that Charlie had washed my entire house when I knew that wasn't true. He insisted on sending Charlie back again, and I told him to forget it that I was going to get another company to come and clean my house. He still insisted and then before I could say anything he hung up on me. I was stunned. A little while later the other owner called me back again and wanted to know why I was not satisfied after they had washed my entire house twice. It was unbelievable to me that two people who said they were owners of the company would insist that my entire house had been washed twice when neither one had even bothered to come out a look at my house. There is no way that they would say that to me if they had actually seen my house. Then I was put on the phone with someone named Nick who said he had been doing pressure washing for 18 years and he really wanted to come out the next morning and make things right. I told him that after the way the owner hung up on me that I wasn't interested in letting them make things right but that I would like to show him that my house was not pressure washed the way they claimed it was. I gave him my husband's work number so he could work it out with my husband. I also took pictures around my house for proof that the work was not done. We have been home owners for 25 years, 13 of those years we owned a home (different state) on a wooded lot which we had pressure washed just about every year due to the mold that would grow on the brick and siding from the lack of sunlight and dampness. Every time we had our house washed, the technician would take about 4 - 5 hours to complete the job and we never once had to have them come back. I know what a house that is pressure washed is supposed to look like and the way B&A left my house the first time they came out or the second time is not it. After a house is pressure washed, you shouldn't be left with dirty window sills, dirty shutters, bird excrement, etc. on your house. And you definitely shouldn't have the owner of the company hang up on you.

We arranged for B & A Power Washing to power wash the entire exterior of our home - the exterior is mostly brick and some siding. The worker showed up and then told me (with very rude affect) that "I don't work on a ladder because I broke my femur a few years ago and this house is too high. " (We have two floors above ground). "I can't do this house." I said that he should probably go and that we would call the office and ask for someone else to come out the next day. We called the company who said they would send someone out to do the job, for the promised price. They never showed up. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. The worker who came out was rude and nasty, and the office never fulfilled its promise of sending a worker out to complete the job.

It went very well. The deck looks much nicer now.

If I did not own this home and the deck, I would not believe it was not new. They did an excellent job! The price was excellent.

I got a response to my request for an estimate within 4 hours. The price quoted for the deck power wash and seal was good, but the price quoted to power wash my front steps was too high in my estimation. I decided to go with another company.

The technicians did an excellent job. Our deck looks great. They patiently answered all my questions and were courteous and professional. They lett the work site neat.

B & A Power Washing was one of the few people at responded to my quote request. They gave me a competitive quote for the work and they were able to get me on their calendar right away.

They were great. They were prompt and clean. They did what they said they were going to do and they charged what they said they were going to charge. There were no issues. It worked out very well. They were very responsive because we wanted to get it done on really short notice prior to a party. They were really good. There were not any extra rush charges. They were available and they did it very quickly. The price was fair and they did a great job. It was a fair price. It wasn't cheap but it wasn't expensive. We wanted the deck washed but not so it would raise the grain and they did a very nice job on that. They did it to our specifications. They had said they would be able to do it anyway so that's why we hired them.
