The job was performed very well, and fully to my expectations.

The installation of the line was difficult and did not turn out the way I was told it would. However, I can live with the modification. The finished product was installed correctly. All cleanup was accomplished. The work was completed timely and professionally. When getting estimate or contract, I would ensure both parties understand what is going to be done.

I was pleased to get a quick appointment and to be able to have routine maintenance done at the same time. As before, their personnel are professional and courteous.

They came right out when they said they would. They preformed the work in the time they said they would. They are very professional and very punctual. They have good follow up.

It was a professional installation and they were on time. I was willing to pay a little more because of the service I knew I would get. The workman were very courteous and respectful.

They always follow thorough what is listed in their contract. They always offer great service. Their staff and technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful.

They did arrive on time to do the job. You have to make sure that everything is on the contract or they wont do it. They are good at what they do. The workers that came and did the job were polite and easy to work with. One thing is that they are just really busy and are not really responsive when there is a problem because they are too busy.

We have a contract with them. I trust them because they do not try to sell me anything I don't need. They are very well known in the Washington D.C. area. They are polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.

Shopped around and picked up quotes from several vendors. I've used ACE before but since it was such a large purchase I wanted to compare. They were tied for lowest price and since I used them for a/c service they got the business. Right from the scheduling process thru quoting and on to final clean up, these guys were all professional. I signed up for service agreements and plan to use them far into the future.

They were very good. I had a couple other estimates and I really felt they gave me a good price. They were here for 2 days, and they did a good job. I like that they send out people who have done the work, and not a salesperson.

They came multiple times because they couldn't diagnose the problem. They didn't always come at the best time. Some of the workers were not experienced.

Went beautifully from start to finish. Everyone was on time from the original estimate to the 2 day installation. Work was difficult as furnace in our house is sideways, and in a crawl space under the house, but carpets were covered, furnace installed without a hitch, air conditioner moved to new location, hot water installed with a minor spill (which they cleaned up immediately). We opted for the most expensive a/c unit but prices were competitive or lower than other estimates (we had 4 estimates for this job since it was so big). A subsequent minor repair was needed and they sent someone out within 24 hours to patch a small hole in concrete that had cracked during the drying process.

The Ace representative came out and took a look. He gave me two possible problems that he could see at first glance, one was a very expensive problem to fix, the other would be a minimal expense. After he finished his work he determined it was only the minor repair, clearing the clogged drain pipe. He explained the problem, showed me the full pan of water, and the drain he cleared. He then tested it in front of me to show me it was no longer clogged. The whole process took about a half hour. I was pleased with the work, and especially that he did not say I needed to replace the unit.

Neil, Chad and crew did a great job. Cost includes 2 year labor warranty. After the dust settled after 9 estimates (yes, 9), I feel they gave the most for our money (installation and product). Neil even installed the media filter and humidifier mesh/filter for us. I would recommend Ace to my friends.

Ace did a superb job. From the time of the estimate, which was thorough and specific, through the entire installation process the work was accomplished with skill and competence of an exceptionally high order. Looking at the finished effort, one can only admire the attention to detail. Everything fits tightly, and the package of equipment is actually quite attractive as well as appreciate the overall quality of the installation. Most importantly, it all works very nicely, and if an unexpected problem was encountered I am confident Ace could and would make it right. Everyone I dealt with at the company was very nice, very helpful, knew what they were doing and inspired trust. Not inconsequentially, Ace also had the lowest estimate I received. That's an ideal combination.

This particular team (Chad & James) with ACE was punctual, efficient, focused, professional and attended to detail for a quality installation of all the parts. They were respectful of our property and made certain everything worked. All was cleaned up before leaving. The office was quickly responsive for permit inspection and the team returned immediately to do the final connections, upon passing inspection first time. It was an easy project with no hassles.
