On 12/14/2020 Ricky L and Jonathon installed a new humidifier directly within my furnace. They were both outstanding - professional, neat and thorough. I can't believe that I didn't do this sooner - not much more than the units you have to continually fill and keeps the entire house at the correct setting %. I would highly recommend ACE to anyone interested in a comfortable winter.

Absolutely fantastic. Best estimate and service warranty. Scheduled almost immediately. Courteous, professional and thorough. They went the extra yard. They installed my A/C 24 years ago and it was still working. Just was time to get a new one.

As always, ACE came through for us. From the initial visit to permits to a special request to allow the condensation pipe to come off easily to allow ***** to the Christmas decorations in the crawl space, ACE was amazing. There was no question I could throw at them that they didn't have a ready response. My husband is incredibly picky and analyzed their recommendations to nth degree, but even when he thought he'd stumped them, they came back let him know (respectfully) that the reviews he'd read were about last years model and they'd been able to get us the newest model at the same price. They are professionals with heart. Even when I want to spend more money, they assure me that their recommendations are the best and more money won't make it any better...just more expensive. I can't recommend them more highly.

We've been using them for years now. We love them! They always send polite people in our house, and they also clean out the outdoor air conditioner, and heating.

Waste of time. Wanted quote on heat pump install and they quoted me for an air conditioner and air handler stand alones. Told them i dont want that and they told me they wont quote me for heat pump due to condo association manager not authorizing it. They told me they never talked to the manager and just assumed. I already verified with the association that it wasnt an issue. So i wasted my day to be there and they made a false assumption to not give me what i asked. Went with another company ofcourse

The work was exceptional, the Customer Service was excellent as well. They explained everything very well and answered all my questions. The service tech they sent out was very patient with explaining how everything worked as. I have absolutely recommended them to family and friends already.

The technician quickly found the problem and replaced a burned out wire harness. I highly recommend Ace (Chantilly) for A/C issues. They are top-notch from their service agents who answer the phones to their technicians. They are also very honest and will only charge for what is needed. Their charges are very reasonable.

Work went very well. I wasn't 100% happy with the HVAC Filter Door, so they came back and reworked the door and now I'm very happy.

all went well including follow up to upgrade sump type pump at no cost. installers arrived on time - job took 2 days and again went well.

If you love excellent customer service, great communication, trustworthiness and a smooth process, hire Ace! I purchased my condo about 7 months ago and go figure, the heat stopped working the week the temperatures were dropping! While on Yelp and Angie's List, I read excellent reviews on ACE. I knew I had to call and see if they could quickly come out to give me a quote. When I explained my situation, Jamie told me she could send Kevin out later on that morning! I was not only relieved, but thankful. Kevin came right on time and was so nice. I explained what was going on with the current system and how I didn't want to pour money into something that wasn't worth it. He was understanding and then looked at the system I had and took measurements and photos. He told me he would be able to email me with a few options that afternoon. As he left, he thanked me for the opportunity to do business with me (I was really impressed). I was so thankful that Kevin was not only nice but was never pushy. I could tell he wasn't about making a sale and never pressured me to select ACE. As promised, I had the quote that afternoon! His quotes were excellent and competitive and even better then another I obtained. Before accepting the quote, I called and asked Kevin some questions which he was happy to answer. Seeing I didn't have heat, he assured me they could install the new system on Friday (today) which was only 2 days after I signed and accepted the quote. Well, the crew they sent was amazing! Matt and Carlos called when they were on the way and even arrived early. They got right to work but made sure to cover my carpet and floor with drop cloths. Matt was working on the inside unit so I got to talk to him a bit. Both Matt and Carlos were courteous, respectful professional and worked efficiently. Before Matt left, he made sure to show me how the system and new thermostat worked, cleaned up and made sure to answer any questions I had. ACE, thank you for the great customer service and experience. I am so glad I found your company.

I highly recommend ACE Air Conditioning and Heating!! We recently had our furnace and air conditioner replaced by ACE, and they made this historically painful and expensive process very simple and smooth. Stewart was outstanding!! He knows his stuff and communicates in a very trustworthy way, he's the reason we went with ACE. One of the best service reps that we have ever dealt with in any business! That was followed by a very professional installation job. Matt, Luis and Wilmer did a fantastic job on the installation. They treated our home like it was there own and I would highly recommend them as an installation team! Thanks ACE

We've had a service contract with them for years and it has saved us many times in time and expense for repairs. They are very responsive and always go the extra mile to get our systems up and running if they fail and do excellent maintenance to ensure that they run efficiently.

I have been using Ace for annual service on my old units and it finally came time to replace them. They did did a great job from the start. The estimator, Kevin, answered all questions and provided a detailed estimate for several options. Luis and Michael did the installation and worked solid until job was done and completely cleaned up. Professional attitudes and workmanship. The free two year service contract that comes with new units is a great benefit.

They came when they said they will and fixed the problem. Price is reasonable and they are very professional.

We have an service contract with them. It takes ages to get on their list, and they are pretty good. They get awards from you. They are really worth it. Everybody wants to be on their waiting list, or their regular list. There was one guy. The work took an half hour, to an hour. They had to take things apart. The workers were great. They didn't vote for Trump. They are normal.

They are very responsive. They will squeeze you in.

They were nice when they were here. Their price was reasonable. They were not the highest or the lowest. Their punctuality was fine.

The company we had before that came out and tried to pull the wool over our eyes, so I wanted a second opinion. I did some research through Angie’s List and Checkbook in the local area and came up with Ace as a good alternative. Called them up and they came out they said, “well, what they told you was bogus and here is what really needs to be done. You’re probably going to have to have this furnace replaced the next 3 or 5 years anyway, but right now it’s okay, so you don’t need to have it done right now, and we can give you an estimate on replacing it!”, and they did! The estimate was far less than the previous company that I was working with for years and years and years, so I switched companies.

I have been very, very pleased with their service. I have been using them for about 5 years, I think. Well first of all, they are very responsive. They a really good price for the equipment and the services they provide. Their customer service when you call the office, they are extremely nice, easy to work with. When I first started working with them, I had to wait almost a year to get on their list because they said, ?we have more that want us to service them then we have available people to do that, and we are not going to over book ourselves, because we want to give quality service!? Boy do they measure up really great.

We like them a lot. We have an annual plan where they come out twice a year. They are very reliable, dependable and professional. The workers I came in contact with were great, very good and very friendly. They explain all the details of their service.
