All checkups that have been performed by ACE A/C have been performed in an extremely professional and competent manner. The technicians have been competent and knowledge about what needs to be done. The office staff has been pleasant and efficient when dealing with them.

I have usually dealt with the bigger name companies but I was very pleased with the service that I got and will call them again.

They were polite and efficient. The service was very good. They came out the same day I called. I would highly recommend their service to anyone. Their pricing was reasonable. Ace is very dependable. I have used them about 3 or 4 times.

They are really really good. They always do the job right, and they make very good recommendations without proposing too much work. They recommend just what is necessary.

It was great! The entire process from purchase to installation went perfectly, and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

AN UPDATE: Todd, of Ace Heating & A/C, came here on April 17, 2013, for the annual check of my furnace and A/C. I have both units checked on the same day because it's cheaper to do that than to have Ace come over 2 times a year. Todd, a very nice and pleasant young man, did an excellent and thorough job of inspecting everything as usual; he even took apart certain parts of my furnace that I didn't expect him to, and he cleaned and checked everything. When it came time to pay my bill, he reminded me that I could get a coupon on-line for a discount. I usually do that but had forgotten this time. Todd didn't have to remind me about the coupon, but he did. As I wrote in my initial review, "I have only good things to say about Ace Heating & A/C, and also about Todd.

The experience so far has been good, but they haven’t done any work yet. Their price I believe was competitive besides another estimate that I got, but I chose to go with them because they were recommended by Angie’s List. They were responsive. If they do a good job, then I would use them again in the future.

I like the fact that they call and let me know that somebody will be coming and give a reminder on when they are coming. They are very thorough; they go downstairs and check all the workings and they come outside and clean that up and let me know if anything needs to be done. I think their pricing is fair. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I have used them on several occasions and they did a complete replacement of my furnace which was a few years ago. They have also done some air-conditioning work for me on the house. When they said they were going to be here they were on time. I think their pricing is very fair. Overall they just apply to do business with.

They installed the new system in less than a day, cleaned up after themselves, were friendly and professional. We love this company!

The pricing was good. Please mark him down slightly because they worked in my house without protecting other things. They did not cover my husband’s computer and we ha no idea that they would be working there and we found it covered with dust from drilling 2 walls.

The first company that I interviewed for this job took told me that he couldn't compete with a smaller company. The second company only had one brand, had the best price but he was badmouthing his competition the whole time. The third company was Ace, they came close to the second company in the price, but they offered an additional 500 off if I had the job completed by the 31st. Keven was humble, personable, and professional. He didn't do the work but the workmen who came in did a wonderful job. There was a small issue with the air filter being accessible. They came right out when I called them, took care of the issue, and educated me on how to maintain my new system. When I received the final bill it was exactally what Kevin quoted me $5950.00. Everything was included in the quote, no extra tax, no surprises. The icing on the cake with ACE was the multiple methods of payment they would accept. They are a great company and I have suggested them to others based on my experience.

I called ACE HVAC for an estimate to replace my Gas Furnace, Air Conditioner, and Air Filter system with a new Lennox system. Their salesman came to my home the very next day to review my old HVAC system and recommend the new Lennox brand components. He explained the many choices for replacement of the Gas Furnace, Air Conditioning, thermostat, and air filter. He reviewed the current discounts offered by Lennox, and the warranty for the components. I read all the materials after he left. I called him that Friday morning to ask my questions and decided to purchase a new system from ACE. Their office called me later that morning to schedule the install date - -that very next Monday morning. They also reviewed the install process, that they would file all of the paperwork on my behalf with Lennox to register the products, and to obtain the rebates. They also offered to complete and obtain all necessary permits which the County requires. They arrived on-time Monday morning and installed the complete system as stated. They tested the system. They communicated well with me and cleaned up after their install. Once the system was installed, they reviewed the entire system with me and gave me all of the manuals. Everything works great.

Working with ACE was a very positive experience from the staff who scheduled the repair to the technician who came to resolve the problem. The price was within the range I expected.

They were very professional and arrived on time. I was given an excellent quote for the work. They were able to come out and do the work the next day for the price they quoted.

They called prior to arrival and serviced the HVAC - mainly the heater. They did find an electrical issue and fixed it on the spot.

This is a rental property we have not had long. Kevin was very punctual and very thorough. He first checked that the thermostat and other equipment was working properly then he located the space for the air filter in the unit in the crawl space under the house and discovered a very dirty filter. The filter is an unusual size and I was surprised that he had one on his truck. Kevin changed the filter and re-secured the crawl space and made sure I knew exactly what kind of replacement filter to order and suggested a website offering good prices. I really liked and respected Kevin and would be confident in his service at any time.

They were excellent. They arrived when they said they would. They were very professional. They told us how long the work would approximately take, which was a full day. They could not charge the air conditioner because it was too cold outside. They asked us not to worry about it and were here first thing in the springtime when it got warm. They came and took care of everything. They were very, very good. Their workmanship was excellent. I had three separate estimates, and their price was very competitive. I would surely have them do work for us again, and I would recommend them. I did recommend them to my son when he wanted to have a new heat pump installed. He used them and he was very happy.

We had some rebates for this service. We ended up in the end paying $10,000.00 after the rebates for the equipment. They did a really good job. They stuck to the estimate that they gave. They came when they said they would. This was an easy process overall.

We wanted to obtain three quotes to replace our A/C unit along with the inside coil. To ensure we had rapid installation prior to an elderly relative's arrival, we signed with another company for the Carrier unit since they were able to guarantee installation the next day. **However, ACE gave us a thorough, detailed quote that was very comparable in price. We asked for a second quote for a complete system replacement with a better brand of equipment to have for future reference as we are planning to replace the complete HVAC system in about 7 years. Though these prices will not be valid at that point in time, the ACE representative's thorough outline of options available, their performance, etc. for all components was excellent! When that time comes, we will definitely be contacting ACE for a bid for this major job. We were very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the representative that came to our home.

The dispatcher called back first thing in the morning and arranged for an appointment before noon. The technician was on time, very thorough and easy to work with. He did a terrific job of troubleshooting the non-working AC unit, had the part, replaced it, and then completed his system checks. Throughout the process he explained what he was doing. The cost of parts was close to what I would have paid online if I had purchased the parts. Overall -- excellent, trustworthy service.

They told me that the wiring was messed up. They recommended that I replace the whole unit, or get an electician out to fix it. I feel that they misdiagnosed the problem.

They came the next day to look at our air conditioner and gave us the bad news that it was not fixable (it was original to the house from 1979, so we weren't surprised.) They were all great people and explained and assisted us every step of the way. We scheduled for them to install a new a/c and furnace (that was old too) and they came the following thursday and installed both. The estimator gave us several options to choose from and explained the advantages and disadvantages of each one. Everyone was very professional. they were on time, completed the job and we had a/c by the evening.

Ace worked within the agreed upon time frame and did an excellent job installing and answering any questions we had. Ace put in the original a/c almost 23 years ago in our main residence and did such a good job we called them back. We received bids from four other companies and chose Ace based on reliability, performance, professionalism, and price. Being a real estate agent for a number of years, I have been comfortable referring Ace in the past and will continue to do so. Please note the above price paid is for the main residence. Rental property price for heat pump is $6,000.

The guys did a fantastic job. From the estimate, to the communication regarding my questions, to the job done I don't think it could have gone any better. Their prices were very competitive, the job was done perfectly, and they cleaned up everything before they left. Will use them in the future for my HVAC needs.
