The three-person crew (Edwin, Jose and another person whose name escapes me right now) performed an outstanding job. We expected one or two people and when we learned that there will be a trio we were not happy. However, all three worked very well together throughout. We were particularly impressed by the technical expert. Since we moved to our current house 11 years ago we employed several yard-maintenance contractors. None of them provided the quality and value we feel we received from Rulyscapes. Our thanks and gratitude to all three men we were fortunate to work with. We are looking forward to working with you in the future.

They were responsive, contacted me right away, honest and up front about the additional costs involved, but the deal really doesnt cover much at all for a normal size driveway, nor the demolition of the driveway. So just beware and read the fine print.

. It was a man hours/time deal--1 man/8 hrs or 2men/4 hours or 4 men/2hrs. It was changed a couple times, just before the scheduled work it became 4men/2hours. Three men showed up. One, apparently the youngest, acted as interpreter. I was walking with great difficulty so after pointing out what needed to be done I stayed on deck where I could answer questions. They did some picking up then asked 'what else'. I pointed out the things I had already told them. They did a bit more. This was repeated a number of times. After about 50 minutes they took a break of about 15 minutes. (I thought this acceptable.) After five minutes of planting eight plants the 'interpreter' said they were going to their truck for a drink of water. They sat in their truck about 25 minutes. They then blew some leaves into the wood line and left, it being the end of their two hour peeriod. I had the impression that the 'water break' was just stalling to get to quitting time. I tried this deal because I was looking for an outfit that would provide continuing yard maintenance and this seemed a good way to see if they were good. Additional factors: -it was the end of the work day---they may have been tired. -the 'interpreter' was very polite and, as I was walking with considerable difficulty, offered to help me _________________________ I have received but not yet paid a $200 bill from the provider, Roly Scapes, Inc. Three men from Rulyscapes arrived on time and went to work. Our garden was terribly overgrown. They cleared it quickly and efficiently. They also edged, mulched, bagged the weeds and trimmings and cleaned up after themselves. We would use them again.

It took 3 weeks for them to come out, they came 2 hours earlier than they said they'd come out and they just took the tops off of the weeds so I need to have it redone in a couple of weeks.

RulyScapes contacted me after I ordered the deal and told me he would schedule an appointment for the work. They scheduled the work on the 22nd and I had them move the time to the morning so it would work with my schedule. They showed up on time. I walked them through the project and then the completed it beautifully.

It was an average experience with a landscape company.

Four young men showed up not just on time, but 30 minutes early. They were given general instructions for yard clean up, they did an awesome job, moved all brush, branches and all to curb for county pick up. They finished the work in an amazingly short amount of time. It looked great. They asked for additional tasks as they had time left. They trimmed bushes, edged the walkways and were so respectful the whole time. Money well spent!

They did an excellent job and I was very pleased.

The company was unresponsive since I sent pictures of the work I needed done. I would use them if they were more responsive.

I was very happy. The crew worked hard and fast. I bought a Big Deal for 8 hours and four guys showed up and worked very hard for two hours. They removed a lot of my very overgrown bushes and vines. I'm very pleased.

GREAT! The company contacted me right away after I purchased the Angie's List deal (both email and phone). They scheduled an appointment right away. The work was done on time, and looks great. They bagged up all the yard debris and put it out ont he curb for my recycle pick up. Did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again!

I had purchased a Big Deal for 8 hours of landscaping maintenance (a fabulous deal), and scheduled it through Raul, who was very easy to work with - it took a few days to get a time that would work for the company's schedule and mine (they are busy) but Raul was very responsive and always returned my calls quickly. 4 men arrived on time and worked for over 2 hours. All the workers seemed to have a good deal of landscaping experience; they took great care planting my small trees and shrubs, pruning bushes and weeding overgrown areas throughout my property. They never took a break, were always courteous and professional, worked constantly and they accomplished far more than I had dreamed possible. I gave them my wish list at the start, and when they had completed that, they went to work on other areas of need (my yard had been long neglected). They did a really great job and I would recommend them unreservedly.

Overall, RulyScapes was a good service provider. They were on time, professional, polite, and accomplished 90% of what I asked them to in the time I purchased. Scheduling was a little bit last minute, and half the crew were teenagers (probably working a summer job). They didn't haul away the tree limbs they cut down. There were a couple of weeding items that I asked them to take care of that they didn't get to, even with four crew members, but I got a great deal on the service. Overall, I have no complaints. Good service for a great price.

I had explained to him at that time that I was scheduled for hospital surgery very soon and needed to get the work done as soon as possible. He said that that was not a problem. Mr. Berrio didn't call me back on June 26th. I called him on June 27th and he told me that he would have a schedule for me by the end of the day or at the latest June 27th. Did not hear back from him, I called at end of day on June 27th and he said that he would call me on June 28th to schedule. NO CALL BACK. No call on Monday, June 30th either. This is no way to do business. I find this company does not keep it's word and is untrustworthy. Don't want them working for me. S. S.

RulyScapes quote was the best we received, and we were quite pleased with the prompt, responsive, and professional quality paver installation. The crews arrived when they said they would and were very skilled at accommodating paver material imperfections. We are very happy with our patio and walkway from RulyScapes.

He was fine. He came out, looked at it, and discussed what I wanted. He did the drawing. He said he would have the drawing in two weeks, but that was more like three or four, but I did get the drawing and the estimate. We decided to go ahead with it and he scheduled us for the 23rd. I have put my deposit down already. He required half down and we had to give him a check because there is a significant charge if we use a credit card. There really wasn't anything. It was just a straight-business deal. The quote was a little on the expensive side considering it was not that big an area, but he has got to pull out what is there. They said they would contact us a couple days ahead. He was right there at the appointed time for the meeting.

He was very nice. I appreciated that he was willing to come out on a Saturday. He provided us the assessment and plans, but they were very expensive. We decided not to get the work done just yet, but the assessment he did was good. It took him a little longer than I expected and he wasn't very responsive.

RulyScapes has been providing excellent care for our lawn and landscaping needs for several years now. I've said thank you in person and through emails on several occasions, but wanted to post a good review online for them to let others know that Raul Berrios and his team consistently provide quality mowing, spring clean up and landscaping services always leaving our property looking great, all for a great price. We tried several local companies before finding RulyScapes and there was no comparison in the quality of service or price. Needless to say we have not needed to look for any other company and we look forword to many more years with RulyScapes!

Al went well, left gate unlocked and they came by and did the work.

I have been working with the firm for about eight years. Raul Berrios is the owner of the company. They are very reliable and their prices are competitive. They are also professional and do the work that they say they will do. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Rulyscapes, Inc showed up on time, there was adult supervision, they were bilingual, and they came back to aerate and reseed at no cost because we had tough summer last year which killed a lot. I will absolutely use them again, in fact, they are coming back to look at my tree.

RulyScapes was a wonderful landscaping company to do business with. I called last minute with great urgency due to a cancelation of our last landscaping company that worked for us. Nadine was very professional when she answered the phone and made sure that all my needs where talked about so that when her crew came over that the job I needed would get done. For what I paid I should have gotten a lot less but her amazing crew exceeded my expectations. Her crew came in and were very punctual. The crew is polite, excellent and hard working. Because of the great job that they did on my front lawn we now have a contract set up for them to come again and work on my backyard for the spring season. I was so pleased that Nadine made the effort to fit me in RulyScapes busy schedule and did everything possible to exceed all my expectations.
