Paid for material company took excess material instead of leaving it. Job took a 3 days longer than estimated, not counting rain days. Contractor did not return my calls. I had to continue calling until I got through. I would not recommend this contractor.

RulyScapes gave me a great quote for this job. I got quotes all over the place for this job from several contractors and also turned down due to it being a small job. The final product was exactly what I wanted, basically stripped everything out of my front yard and replaced it with grass, even sodded a few extra spots that hadn't been indicated.

I have hired RulyScapes to do several landscaping and maintenance jobs for my home on a 0.5 acre lot. They are definitely one of the best in the business and offer their great services at a very competitive price. I found their prices to be less than several other companies I shopped them with. RulyScapes does a phenomenal job, I have recommended them to several neighbors and friends in the area.

It went all right. The proposal looked okay. I didn't follow through on that because I don't know whether the price played a role but for some reason they actually themselves said not a lot has to be done. The landscaping they made a proposal for maybe rejuvenation but it has been landscaped before for several decades already so there was no real work for them to do in terms of landscaping.

Purchased a deal through Angie's List and paid a little extra for a slightly larger patio. Raul was prompt, responsive, and fair. His crew installed a great looking patio in our backyard. The materials and workmanship are excellent. Very happy with the results and was a selling point for the house as we just sold the property.

It went well, the only thing is and am not positive about that but I was under the impression that they would remove the breed, take care of it however they just dumped it on the side work, left it there and then I had to deal with it and it was a big inconvenience. But as I said am not 100% that it was part of the deal so it's just an observation. For price, that was good. As far as I can remember that was good.

Overall everything went fine. The mulch beds had become rather overrun by weeds. A lot of the mulch had washed away and I wanted to just get the work done as quickly as possible. I did not have time to purchase the mulch on my own so I purchased it separately from Raul. The crew was punctual, worked quickly and did a very good job. My neighbors were impressed with the quality and speed of getting the job done. They did everything the deal included and with out hassle/issue. My only concern was the final cost of the mulch. Raul stated his initial estimate was off because he only drove by my house to give an estimate and did not stop to walk around the back and see my mulch bed extended around to the back of the home. He was willing to discuss the matter with me, but I got so busy with other things I opted just to send him payment for the full amount and did not follow-up. So that is why I gave him a B for price, otherwise the price for the deal itself was reasonable.

Good. They did a very good and thourough job

Cleared brush and overgrowth from the sides of our yard. They did a good job and completed all the work requested.

They were great for us. It was fine and we didn't have a problem. They were friendly and easy to work with. They were communicative.

I had purchased a big deal for them, and it worked out fine. They were a good company, and did fine work. We wound up having them do some more than what the big deal was for, but that is alright. It was our choice. It worked out fine. My wife loved them. The work turned out great. They contacted us and we set up an appointment.

I purchased a big deal for this service and they did a good job. We had a lot of work for them. It was not difficult to get them out and it did not take long for them to come out after I bought the deal. We used them for the time that was allotted in the special and they got a lot of work done in that time. They were very prompt and I was very happy with it.

My experience was okay. Scheduling an appointment was fine. There was one person here. The price was high.

We were out of the country during much of the actual work. When we got back, the patio looked just as we had ordered it and our grandson reported workmen had been there every day. We were pleased!

We were extremely satisfied! As it turned out, my wife and I were unable to be home at the time the service was performed. Nevertheless, despite leaving only general instructions and a general indication of the area in which the work was to be performed, the crew did exactly what we had expected by removing weeds, overgrowth and debris from our back yard and gardens. Not only that, the crew arranged the furniture in the back yard, including grills, neatly at the edge of the patio. We would definitely use them again.

They were very accommodating on the installation, as I had an unusual situation. They were very professional and were in very quickly.

He was initially proactive in seeking additional information for the design proposal but I had to follow up with him a couple of times to receive the final proposal.

I contacted Ruly Scapes on September 6th and scheduled an appointment for September 9th. On the 9th, I discussed my request with Raul Berrios for a landscape design for the front of my house and along the sidewalk. At the time I was in the process of constructing plant/flower beds (a series on the left side, one on the right side and one along the sidewalk) with retaining walls for him to design shrubbery and landscaping plans. I requested that he design a plan with a variety of shrubs/plants/flowers with color and low maintenance for my bed configuration and around two trees in the yard. I also requested that he include movement/removal of two existing shrubs (Hydrangea and Butterfly bush) and the disposition of big Azaleas along the sidewalk. He agreed and indicated that he would have a proposal by the following week. No proposal was sent. I contacted Mr. Berrios on September 26th to find out why no proposal was sent after almost 3 weeks and if he intended to submit one at all. I also told him that I was almost done with the flower beds and that, if still interested, he should come over to view the beds so he could include them into his design. He came over the same day and took photos and agreed to submit his proposal early the next week. He emailed me his proposal on October 1st. After a thorough review and analysis, I decided that his proposal was inadequate and not fully responsive to my request, and that I would not be accepting it. His plan did not contain the shrub variety I requested, did not contain enough detail, had questionable cost, did not address all the existing plant issues and included items I did not request. If requested, I would be happy to send you a copy of his proposal and my response back to him on October 3rd.

Nice people but not pro workers. Weeds came out after 3 days. Shrub trim unevenly.

Ruly Scapes did a great job. I was very impressed that the owner met me at my house to survey the area that I wanted to be tidied up. The staff was on time and very thorough. Ruly Scapes exceeded our expectations in every way. I would definintly use them again and highly recommend them as a professional, reliable, and client focused landscape business.

It went well. Our front yard and back yard look so much better.

The workers were polite and did a good job for the most part. However,the last 15-20 minutes of their allotted time, they basically rested and left without finishing the jobs I had asked them to do. Specifically, I had asked--and again reminded--them to cut back a couple of stems along the driveway and to tidy up a couple of places along a rock ledge. They left these undone. They had time to complete both tasks had they maximized that last portion of their time here. I have no problems with folks taking a breather, but when on the short clock, leaving the final third of an hour unproductive is not worth my spending money on them in the future.
