Description of Work: Put pavers on both sets of stairs and the long walkway in front of my house. Paver problems was on the part of the manufacturer and NOT RulyScapes. The entrance looks wonderful and I've received many compliments on it. Choosing bricks that were NOT the same as the building enhanced the final product. It harmonizes beautifully with the house.

Description of Work: Put in a plurality of French drains in the back yard - leading to a culvert and attached to downspouts.

Description of Work: Based on a big deal, Rulyscapes performed a number of brush clearance tasks around our house. The big deal terms were honored with no problems and the work was thorough. Waste material was bagged and put on the street for collection, as agreed. They were responsive and cooperative in setting up a schedule for the service.

Description of Work: Rulyscales scheduled my appt quickly, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. I overestimated how long it would take to do the job. I believe it was $329 for 3 hours and they finished in 1. I wish I had more things I could have had them do. I'm very pleased with the job they did and wouldn't hesitate to hire them for the same thing next year.

Description of Work: They dug a French drain to facilitate water drainage. Unfortunately they cut a buried Verizon cable even though it was labeled. We were without phone, computer, and TV service for about 1 week.

Description of Work: They did clean up and weeding of my front yard, removed old mulch and spread new mulch. They did a great job and my yard looks great! My only problem is that they bagged all the debris and left the bags in my back yard, they are big and heavy and I can't move them to get them to the trash. I would definitely hire them again but would be sure I addressed the trash in setting up the work which I did not do this time.

Description of Work: Rulyscapes was unable to schedule a time that would meet our needs. We have agreed to follow up with a fall cleanup instead of this past summer. Very professional service thus far and will report back with an update after services have been completed.

Description of Work: I was looking forward to getting my yard cleaned up and mulched. I tried to get in touch with Rulyscapes. They said they were free in mid-July. I explained I wanted to review the project in detail with them before they came out. A few days before the scheduled date they had still not contacted me. I called all numbers available for them and emailed them pictures of the yard again explaining I needed to discuss the project before they came out to actually perform the work. They did not respond despite my repeated calls until I contacted Angies List and explained I needed to cancel the deal because they were not responsive. As soon as I did that, Rulyscapes called me and said that they were out of the country. Rulyscapes's communication style did not work for me. Please refund the Big Deal amount to me, as no work was performed.

Description of Work: They sent a team to clear my wooded backyard of weeds. They did the job they were hired to do and since they had some time left they also weeded a front garden. The owner came with the crew to discuss the job and expectations before the work started. It was a good experience.

Description of Work: trimmed all front hedges and thoroughly weeded front beds - cleaned up everything very well and bagged it all and placed on my driveway - it ended up being about 20 bags! it took a little longer to get the deal done after I purchased it but it was such a good deal I can understand why there were so many purchased... it was worth the wait!

Description of Work: Working with Rulyscapes was a great experience. Mr. Berrios listened to what we wanted, developed a plan, adjusted it to suit us, and did a great job with the landscaping. The yard looks so much better thanks to him. We will definitely use Rulyscapes for our landscaping needs in the future.
