I emailed them to request for an estimate to clean the gutter for our two houses. They responded the next day and provided pricing information. They also warned me that they could only provide a 2 week window when they could do this work, since they're quite busy. Although I wasn't happy about the wait, their prices are very reasonable, so we may end up using them if we can't find another company to come over sooner.

They were very responsive; showed up the next day. I wouldn't have even realized they were here if not for the bill in my door. The woman on the phone told me that they could install screens, but I'd have to have the gutters cleaned just as much. I appreciated her honesty. Good experience.

The company did not perform the service. When I called to make the appointment for gutter cleaning, I tried to explain that my roof has several hips but I do have a 2-story house and my gutters do have covers that are easily removed. Based on that the gentleman quoted me a price of $149. That was higher than a couple other places I had called, but I agreed because he told me they would be out within the week. When the 2 gentlemen arrived ahead of schedule to do the job, I was thrilled. Then they told me they couldn't do the work because they didn't have a small ladder to reach the upper gutters from the upper roof. Well, an extension ladder reaches that gutter from the end of the house just fine, so that should not have been a problem. My husband and I have cleaned those gutters ourselves over the years without any problem. They left telling me the office would be in touch. The next day I received a call from Bob telling me they couldn't do the job because I had gutter covers. While I appreciate his return call, the reason for not doing the job is bogus to me. I guess if you live in a Cape Cod without gutter covers, they will tackle it. Strange way to run a gutter cleaning business.

First of all, I have to say that their professionalism on the phone was top-notch asking me the proper questions about the size of the roof and what material the roof was covered with. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to accommodate me by Friday, which I was ecstatic about since the gutters were pretty dirty and it was supposed to rain during the upcoming weekend. As requested, they called me on the morning of the service to say approximately what time they would be coming. Not having used their service before, I wanted to be home when the work was done. Two crew members showed up and were quite efficient. They climbed the roof via a ladder in the front and one worked on the front gutters while the other walked to the back of the roof and cleaned the gutters back there. I even asked the crew member in the front to trim a limb or two of an overgrown tree that was sticking in the gutters and he readily agreed to do so which I was thrilled about. I handed him the clippers and he cut it for me. The part I appreciated was that he didn't act like he was doing me a favor; he acted more as if it were not a problem and took care of it quickly. As part of the service, they also hammered in nails to make sure the gutter did not come loose. I was happy that no leaves or dirt fell to the ground when they cleaned the gutters. They bagged everything on the roof and took it with them when they left. When they were done, they gave me the option of paying by mail or giving them a check right there on the spot. I chose to save the postage and pay then and there. I used this company because I was unhappy with the previous gutter cleaners I used, a family that worked out of their house where the husband constantly smoked cigars on the job leaving ashes on my lawn and dropped leaves and dirt from the gutters on my surrounding shrubs.

We gave them a call which was promptly returned. In less than a week they came to do the work. We did not have to be home for the service, they just left an invoice in the front door. Our home is on a very steep hill and our gutters are very difficult to reach. I have had another firm refuse to clean them.

Great, they were able to quote me a price on the phone and came out to do the work within two days of my call.

We had a tight time frame in which we need the work done (i.e. before the new buyers moved in), and Maple Leaf was very good about doing the service within the time frame we gave them.

They didn't leave a mess. Everything seems to be fine.

They did a fantastic job. They came out the next day, gave me a good estimate and did the work while they were there as they promised on the phone. They were very good about cleaning up. I will use them again.

Called Maple Leaf on a Tuesday. They said that they could clean my gutters for $109 in about 5 days. Previously, I have had two different companies clean my gutters. They both charged over $150 dollars and neither was able to schedule the work in less than two weeks. The very next morning after calling Maple Leaf, I came home after walking my dog, and Maple Leaf was cleaning my gutters. Great work and great response!

I hired Maple Leaf to replace another company that I was not pleased with. Maple Leaf pays attention to my requests. I like the fact that they hand-scoop instead of using a blower, since that does a better job. They also remove all the debris as I just remind them when I call that I want everything bagged. There is never a problem. They are very pleasant when I call. They are a family-owned business and care about their customers.

I believe they are a group of great guys. They always arrive when they say they will. They are very clean, never leaving a mess behind. I like that they always show me if there is a problem that needs to be addressed. All in all, they are a good company.
