Maple Leaf Rain Gutter Service Inc

I have used this company many times over the past several years -- usually twice a year in spring and fall. Since I had a problem with a semi-detached downspout which was allowing water to settle close to the house rather than channeling the water away, I called the company to see if they could do the repair and to service me quickly before the next predicted rainfall. The cleaners came within two business days. The repair and the cleaning all went well. I also appreciated the thorough clean-up done to remove the fallen leaves around the house.

I submitted an email request for service on Saturday evening. Monday morning, they arrived early, cleaned out the gutters and completed the without a problem. Great timing and responsiveness and excellent price too.

Arrived 24 hours after my phone request. Professional and efficient. They found a problem with the edge flashing that my house inspector had missed. Great service.

I emailed MapleLeaf around 8PM one evening and I got a response from them before 8:30 AM the next day. After comparing the rates and reviews, I placed the order through their website (very convenient!). The only minor issue is that they don't give you a specific date and time for the repair instead they will give you a 2-3 day window - I was fine with this since I was not required to be at home and this was not a emergency repair either. 2 people arrived on the 4th day, they were friendly and did the job well. They cleaned up all the debris and handed the invoice to me since I was at home. I went back to their website and paid the invoice online - once again very convenient.

I called Maple Leaf to schedule them to come out and clean my gutters in the morning. They said they would have a crew out as soon as possible when they were in the area. That afternoon the crew showed up and let me know they were there. After they were done they gave me the invoice and I went ahead and paid them. They did an excellent job and the area was clean when they were done. My gutters are draining properly now. I plan to use them whenever I need to have the gutters cleaned.

I was very happy with Maple Leaf. They come with a uniform and announce themselves so as not to scare me! They do their work and it was very good. This was the 2nd time I had Maple Leaf out to clean my gutters. He is prompt and punctual and does not leave a mess. He announces when he is finished, which I like.

I contacted Maple Leaf online and requested a gutter cleaning. Within a few days, they arrived, cleaned the gutters, removed all the trash and left an invoice. It was an incredibly simple process. They were quick and unobtrusive and got the job done. I will be using them again.

Two very efficient workmen showed up at my house within just a few days of my calling for gutter cleaning. They cleaned the gutters and showed me how much debris they had collected .. it filled a large trash bag! After completing their work they vacumed the area and left it very clean. I was satisfied.

The best part was the online process. I did not need to call and get an appointment.

From the start when I called to ask about Maple Leaf's services and prices they were very professional and courteous. They offered us a discount since they service other homes in our neighborhood and arrived quickly after I requested the service. They performed the work efficiently and quickly and even cleaned debris off my back porch as a courtesy. I plan to use them again for regular gutter cleanings.

A very pleasant phone conversation which, to my delight, was absent of the high pressure upsell to a 4 visit contract that another company employs rigorously. I had clogged gutters and needed help ASAP and also needed some gutter covers repositioned. Again, one company won't do any extra work unless you sign a 4 visit contract and another company said it would be at least three weeks before they could come out. Maple Leaf informed me that, due to summer temperatures, it might be 3 or 4 days which was music to my ears! They actually came the very next day. Cleaned the gutters (I know because I found the offending bird nest debris on the ground) and they repositioned the gutter covers at no extra charge. I couldn't have been more impressed. They left an invoice for the agreed upon fee. It can be paid online with a credit card (which is my preference) and it's only then that they offer a contract option to you.

I was told when I requested the service that they do not make appointments. They show up when it best fits into their schedule. I was not at home when they cleaned my gutters. I had specifically mentioned that I thought I had birds nesting in my gutters. I was disappointed that when they left the invoice on my door there was no information about whether the drains were clogged. The only thing that was noted on the invoice was that the front and back drains were serviced and the cost. Because it rained before I got home and the main downspouts are shared between homes it was impossible for me to determine if anything had changed (nothing looked different). I was able to call and get more information. It was a good lesson for me that someone should be home when work is done (especially work that I cannot verify when I get home). I do not hold their practices against them - they were clear on how they do business. I was disappointed in their lack of information (especially in light of the fact that they perform service when I wasn't there). It simply wasn't a good fit for me.

I called this company the week that we had the huge snow storm in February. The gentleman I spoke to was very cordial and professional. We made arrangements for him to clear the gutters, and leave an estimate if more work was necessary. As soon as the snow melted, which happened to be about 3-4 weeks later, he left an invoice which included a survey. About two weeks after he'd cleared the gutters, we received some very heavy rain storms. The gutters worked perfectly.

I'm not sure of the exact date that the work was done, but it was shortly after we called Maple Leaf. They explained that they do not make appointments--they just come out asap. For us, it was less than a week after we had called, surprising because we called at the height of tree pollen season when everyone's gutters were overflowing. They came, did the work and left a bill at the front door. Apparently, if the repairs had been quite expensive, they would have left an estimate and come back at a later date after we approved the price.

The guys from Maple Leaf showed up to clean my neighbor's gutters and when I asked them if they could do mine, they said they could - it actually was easier for them to do both at the same time because we live in a townhouse. In the areas where the gutters were loose, they hammered them back in and they cleared a major blockage in one of my downspouts. The best part was that we had just spent the day cleaning our yard and driveway and were concerned that they would leave a mess when they where done - thankfully they cleaned everything up and left everthing looking great. I would definitely call them again.

Workers arrived on schedule and introduced themselves to me before beginning work. Overall they did an excellent job cleaning out several years accumulation of debris from the gutters. Although they seemed to bag much of the debris, a fair amount also seemed to get tossed off the roof and landed on the ground and on our deck. At the conclusion of the job they used a blower to blow away the debris from the sidewalks and deck, but a fair amount of dirt remained on the deck furniture. If I had been forewarned of the dirt, I could have taken time to move or cover the deck furniture and saved myself the effort of a thorough follow-up cleaning.

They were very busy so it took a week or so before they could come out, but when they did, they immediately went to work and completed the job quickly and professionally. They even hammered some of the gutters back into place where they had become loose. Very happy with the service and the price.

The performed the service exactly as described. I appreciate the fact that they left me an invoice which I promptly paid. It was wonderful that I did not have to leave work.

Once I called this company they were very responsive and came the next day. They blew the gutters out and also cleaned up the mess that came out of the gutters on the deck and driveway. They were excellent in doing the job.
