The work was done quite well. It was good quality work.

Max was very thorough, courteous and professional. He replaced a defective capacitor for the blower and added a trap and safety switch to the condensate drain. He also recommended a whole house humidifier and offered me a great price for it. He will be returning on Oct 15th to install it.

I must admit that I was surprised that a 3 year old Trane furnace had parts that needed to be replaced, one being the starter. But Max did show me the parts and the damage that had been done, explaining why they burn out. He was very patient with me and all my questions.

Max, the technician, arrived on time and was very professional. He explained exactly what he would do and why he recommended the upgrade on the humidifier. He worked quickly and efficiently and also performed a furnace check since I had also purchased a big deal for that as well. The upgrade and parts were a little more than I expected to spend but the service was excellent and with an older furnace, upkeep is to be expected. I will definitely call Levanair for my future heating and air conditioning services.

Arrived as scheduled and found the problem to be a capacitor. Pricing on replacement of the cap was very high (so we went with someone else), and pricing on a new system was high. For the service bought and scheduled (hvac service call) they did a great job and had the best price I could find, but the actual repair cost quoted was much higher than I found elsewhere.

Had scheduled the service via Angies list but had to cancel it due to some impromptu personal work. Upon calling them for cancelling the service, I received a very courteous response. They cancelled it immediately and asked me to call Angies List for a refund which I received without any trouble.

I needed a capacitor aI responded to the $79 Angie List special for AC system checkout. Levanair contacted me via message and voice mail about an appointment within 24 hours. They were able to quickly schedule an appointment to meet my needs. I was given a 2 hour window (8-10am) and Max, the technician, showed up at 9. He showed me identification and handed me his business card. He looked over my AC that would no cool below 80 degrees. He determined that I needed to replace a capacitor because it was not holding the correct amount of charge. He explained that it would be $150 for parts and labor and that he could do the work immediately. He tested the system after the repair and completed the work in about an hour. Max instructed me to contact the main office if I had any issues after he left. Very professional and i am very pleased with the service Levanair provided.

This is the second time I have used Levanair's service and both times very satisfied with the service. The owner arrived within the designated hours, quickly diagnosed the issues, replaced the missing parts and gave useful recommendations for my HVAC system. All this within one hour! Will gladly use again.

This was a fantastic experience overall. We got a call from the owner the day after purchasing the big deal, and set a date less than a week later. The installer was professional, quick, efficient, and friendly, even offering a tutorial on the system and some maintenance tips. In and out in less than two hours with good-quality equipment and workmanship. Hassle free. Would definitely use Levanair again.

The model included in the deal would not fit next to my heating system, so the technician installed a comparable humidifier from a reputed brand at no extra cost. The installation is quite involved by my standards, so I am glad I had a professional do this installation. The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. The humidifier works as expected and I have had no problems.

I had a complete check of my HVAC system. It was a thorough job, with one bad part repaired as a result. All in all, a professional check was completed in a timely manner.

Very good experience! They were on time and very professional. They explained everything and did not push. They were just giving me options, but they did not push me. I am also looking forward to use them again to service my central air.

The technician was professional and knowledgeable and the installation went smoothly. The unit has a sensor that measures and displays humidity in the return air, and seems to work well. The target humidity is 35%. I will know more in the winter time when the outdoor humidity is lower than now.

I purchased a value deal which cost $260. The promotion states that it will cover up to 2000 sq feet. But the technician came and said that for my house it requires an upgrade which costs $650 and $50 for installation of electric outlet for the unit. I paid for the upgrade thinking this will cover the entire house. However, it kept running the entire time for the next two weeks none stop and the humidity didn't reach 30% until the weather got warmer. I also checked the price for the unit online later on and found that it cost less than $300 for so called upgrade unit. I believe the unit they sold is overpriced.

The technician came for a routine tune-up of my AC and discovered that the conductor and capacitor were broken. The technician replaced both parts and we both discovered that over the winter months the faulty conductor and capacitor had caused the AC to continue running resulting in the condensation in my unit to completely freeze up (no kidding, there was a solid block of ice on the coils of my AC unit). The technician took the time to fix the problem by melting the ice with hot water (which took almost a couple of hours) and then tested the level of refrigerant in which he determined there was a leak in either the condenser coil or the evaporator coil (hence the freezing of my AC unit). The cost to detect and fix the leak was too much to cover out of pocket, so I declined chose to go through my home warranty company to detect and fix the leak. However, I am thankful to the provider for identifying the problem and doing everything he could to fix the problem the most cost-effective way possible.

Levanair responded quickly to my request for an appointment, and the technician (Max) showed up within the three-hour window promised. He was professional and friendly, and he did a good job explaining what parts needed to be replaced or installed.

Overall, it went well. The technician explained everything that needed to be done, which did cost significantly more than the offered price for the special. Hopefully, the extras were truly necessary and are protective of the unit. In all fairness, I hadn't had it inspected for two years. They offer a 1 time or yearly contract and I did contract to have the furnace inspected next fall. With all the extras, I am not convinced they are the best deal and are definitely more expensive than the previous company with which I had a contract.

I enjoyed the service so much that I decided to sign up for a service contract with Levanair.

Fine - service professional was friendly and explained everything well, although his English was a little hard to understand. I thought the capacitor replacement was a little overpriced ($20 part + 5 min to install), but the freon for $200 was a good deal. Was thorough and gave good recommendations. Supervisor followed up promptly with a complete replacement estimate as asked for by me. Appreciated the service.

They were very responsive, which is very much appreciated. The day of my scheduled service, it snowed. I got a call and an Angie's list message letting me know that due to the weather, they'd still be coming out to do the job, but a few hours later than initially scheduled and asked if this was ok. It was. The technician showed up 30 min prior to when they said he would be here and was very kind and respectful, not to mention clean. It took him a few hours to install it, after which he explained all the controls to me, handed me the owner's manual, etc. and then asked me if I had any additional questions. All in all, it was a good experience and a great Angie's List Deal! :)

They were awesome! I had a lot of problems, but they were able to take care of them. I will be using them to some other work soon. Max came this morning with some filters because he said mine were filthy and changed them for me. He also brought extra filters for my next service. He couldn’t have been any better!

Impressed with professionalism, ability to communicate everything about the humidifier and to answer my questions. we will probably sign up for the service contract for the furnace after our initial warranty expires.

Can only service air conditioner or air and I need both of them serviced.
