Levanair did a great job. Jorge is a true professional. He worked through the quoting process and explained the various options. After we came to an agreement, he got the unit installed within 48 hours. He also assessed the environment of the house very quickly and made adjustments that solved some other issues that I had from a previous HVAC systems. I am very impressed by both his company's professionalism and drive to get the job completed. I absolutely would highly recommend Levanair for any of your HVAC needs.

I purchased an Angie's List deal to install a home humidifier system in our house three years ago. The day the service was performed everything went well and I was happy. Recently, I had my furnace cleaned and serviced and the guy doing the work told me that the humidifier has a separate filter that would need to be replaced. I didn't have it and honestly I didn't know it was another thing I needed to do. He offered to come back and put it in once I'd purchased it. I did and he did. When he did, I was told he couldn't because there wasn't enough room for the tray to pull out before hitting my wall. I was a bit upset, afraid it was installed incorrectly, so I called and spoke directly to the owner, Jorge. He was very kind and offered to come out and take a look. He came out at the exact time he said he'd be at my house and went to take a look. While yes, the tray couldn't be fully opened, it turns out there was another way to replace the filter from the top. He was kind enough to show me exactly how to do it myself and replaced the filter for me. Seeing that I was having trouble seeing exactly what he was pointing at given how short I am, he offered to show my tall husband too. I called my husband down and he was kind enough to re-demonstrate everything again. All of this was for FREE. He was not frustrated or condescending to either of us. But very understanding and helpful. And we were both happy it turned out that everything was installed correctly and nothing major needed to be done. Honestly, I was not only really impressed with how nice and patient he was or his punctuality, but that he did all this even though the installation was THREE YEARS ago. I really appreciated his commitment to his service. I would hire again and highly recommend to anyone looking for the services he provides.

Jorge came and inspected my old furnace and air conditioner. He explained that the age and condition of the units made it reasonable to install new units rather than repair the old ones. His men arrived on time and did an excellent job of the installation. They finished installing both units the same day. A few months later the weather turned cold and I found that my original Aprilaire humidifier was not working. Jorge responded in a matter of a few hours. He determined that the unit was not wired properly and fixed it for me in about 30 minutes. No charge. Jorge is a pleasure to do business with. I recommend his company for anyone looking for repair or replacement of their HVAC equipment.

Amazing! The serviceman, Jorge explained everything he was doing and what I needed to do for my unit to stay pristine for years to come. He made recommendations for best practices for us to get the most out of our unit. He was great. He notified me that the builder grade humidifier was too small to have a positive impact throughout the entire house and proposed options when and if we were ready to upgrade. Very Professional and knowledgeable.

I finally decided to replace my old system with a new one. He came in the following day with his staff. The installation job was completed within few hours. His staff did a neat and clean job. We are very satisfied with his service. I got 2 years of labor and 10 years manufactory warranty. Jorge is a great instructor. He explained what his staff was doing patiently, teaching me how to maintain my HVAC system. The system has been working fine since then.

Went very well, others had said it was too tight of a fit and complained about original installers quality of work. Levanair Heating promised if it wasn't possible they wouldn't charge for the time, came out measured it and were able to complete the project.

He was very patient with me through two last-minute reschedulings from my end! My fault entirely. He checked over my system, and also went the extra length to describe it to me. Turns out my very old unit has a big risk of gas leakage, and he explained to me exactly how, and what to look for. He cautioned me to be wary for signs of trouble- but without trying to sell me a new unit. That kind of honesty wins my business.

Jorge is great. Very professional and does a great job on the install. As for the whole-house humidifier deal he has on Angie's List, I strongly recommend having a smart thermostat that can control the humidifier (e.g., 2nd or 3rd generation Nest). The humidifier, without a smart thermostat to control the humidity, only works when the heat turns on, which in itself isn't a big deal, except I was finding that I only saw a marginal improvement in my house's humidity. Even when I set the humidistat to 60% humidity, I only achieved 20% humidity in my 2300 sq ft house. However, I told Jorge my concern, and he advised I get a new Nest thermostat, which I did, and he installed for $80. Now, the humidifier turns on whenever I want it to, through the app, making the entire purchase worthwhile and even more awesome than I originally envisioned, given that I can control it all through an app on my phone. I would recommend Jorge generally, but I would recommend the whole-house humidifier deal if you have or are willing to get a compatible smart thermostat. Final expense for me was $389 (whole house humidifier deal); $215 (Nest thermostat T3008US from 3d party); $80 (install Nest) = $684 ($469 to Jorge)

The humidifier we needed was bigger than what I purchased, which I knew would possibly be the case. Sadly, the one I ended up purchasing was more than twice the price of the advertised special. No complaints. The price we paid was fair for the unit. Jorge was extremely professional, punctual and made sure I knew how to maintain the system. He even let me video tape the process to ensure I could revisit his "tutorial" in years/months to come. All in all, I would definitely purchase from them again.
