Description of Work: At first-prior to looking at our system- they tried to sell us a bigger unit. Mind you, our house is 1700 sf and this unit was good for up to 3K sf house. This was off putting. Then, when they went upstairs they said they could not install because there was not enough clearance.

We opted for the cleaning since it had not been done in a while. He was very knowledgeable about our 15 yr old system and gave us good advice to replace the unit when it breaks down as the new units are much more energy efficient than ours.

Description of Work: it was a check up for hvac from angle's list deal. he did a good job but it seemed pricing and solutions were prohibitively expensive but he was right that they needed to be addressed in the near future. He was a very earnest, informative and "to the letter kind of guy." i liked him. but it was too bad his pricing was tough for me to handle at the time.
