Jorge is terrific. He is always responsive and does a great job. He has made several fantastic improvements related to my HVAC, such as installation of a Nest thermostat, which controls the humidifier that he installed. He also installed a UV light that ensures the guts of my HVAC don't grow mold. Very cool, and he did a great job.

Jorge was fabulous at responding and providing service. I have already used him again regarding a different issue and will again this summer to have my air conditioning checked. He didn't mind that I watched and asked questions while he did his work. He is customer service minded/

Good quality work, Very late response or no calls. Offers other then what I purchase to upgraded equipment to work on my home properly, which I had to pay extra for it. And didn't have stock for it. Had to wait extra days to install.

They did inspection and did not push services down my throat.

He tried to up-sell me when I felt like it wasn't necessary. Lost confidence at that point.

Well. However, the humidifier we actually needed was more than twice the advertised special. I knew at the outset that we'd need a bigger unit than the special, and in the end, the price we paid was fair for the unit. Jorge was extremely professional, punctual and made sure I knew how to maintain the system.

Everything went well. Jorge took the time to explain how to use and properly perform maintenance on the system.

The technicians arrived on time, covered their shoes in the house, installed the humidifier and left the area squared away. We are very pleased.

Jorge Levano (owner & HVAC Master) was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful! He provided me with a few different whole house humidifier options, including some that were very inexpensive. He also noticed that I had "taped" the basement floor to possibly finish it in the future, and he discussed various installation options to best accommodate a future wall (including leaving extra length in the electrical line to move the plug out when I have the wall constructed). He also left me with detailed maintenance instructions, discussed the maintenance of HVAC systems in general (which was very informative), and gave me free advice on the overflow tank to our hot water heater. He was also exceedingly neat and clean, wearing protective booties (without my asking), and not leaving ANY garbage or leftover scraps behind (other than the owner's manual and installations instructions for future reference). I wish all contractors were that friendly, helpful, and willing to freely share their expertise!

After service provider arrived, it was determined the equipment I had was something that this company did not work on. The technician was good enough to tell me that before any work was started and he advised me what type of service provider I needed.

Really nice guy, and knowledgeable. Was able to answer all of my HVAC questions when he came out to service my furnace.

Jorge arrived on time and was very professional and made sure he explained everything that was going to be installed. The install went well and Jorge cleaned the area well behind himself and was very nice. Great company and will use again.

As soon as I purchased the offer, I was contacted within a couple of hours informing me of the time and date of install. The installation went very well, too! Jorge came to my house on time, and did a great job with the install. He explained everything as he went along, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will call Levanair any time I have any HVAC needs from now on. Jorge's service, product knowledge, and professionalism won me over!

It works well. He was pleasant and knew what he doing. He explained the controls and was clean and removed the debris. I give hin As in everything.

The technician was a very nice guy and I had a lot of confidence in him. He was very knowledgeable and was willing to explain everything in detail.

We have used Levanair Heating and Air Conditioning for a couple years now. Jorge installed a new AC system and the next year, during a heat wave plus a holiday weekend, a warranted part failed. Jorge came out almost immediately, diagnosed the failed part and as quickly as possible got a replacement part and installed it without charging a penny. We were happily surprised at his ethical handling of the problem, and at no time did we have to argue with him about whose responsibility it was to resolve the problem. While in our home, he noticed a rusted piece of ductwork attached to the furnace and did a quick fix, but reminded us it would need replacing before we should use it the next winter. When I called him recently just before the weather turned cold, he again responded with an early appointment, recalling the piping that was leaky and he came and had it fixed at a very reasonable price and in a very timely manner. We will continue to contract Levanair Heating and Air Conditioning because they are trustworthy, and always try to work within your budget to get the best product or service you can afford; they never try to “upsell” you or create problems that aren’t there with your HVAC systems. They are honest and will show you and carefully explain what actually needs work and what you can do to maintain what you already have. I highly recommend Levanair Heating and Air Conditioning.

After they gave me the estimate, they gave me some options on pricing. What they were willing to do was give me an excellent discount and they could get it done in a couple of days. From the time they did the evaluation until the time to completion was no more than 3 days. They did an excellent job of replacing all the duct work and had my air up and working in less than half a day. They were very professional, they stayed on target, and did everything they said they were going to do, and they cleaned up and hauled away the old equipment before I even knew they were done. Every call they responded back, they were proactive, they came when they said they would, and were done when they said they would be.

They found something that was wrong my air conditioner and they fixed it. I thought they charged too much. I wouldn't use them again because of their price.

Would definitely bring them back for any additional service required.

It was fixed. I know nothing about A/C so I don't if the work was done right or if I was over charged, they showed up on time and fixed the A/C unit.

Max came out and did an excellent job. I was very pleased with his work.

I've used Levanair multiple times and they are the best HVAC company I've ever come across. They are professional, reliable, courteous and a great value for the cost. I'd highly recommend Levanair to everyone - they are the best!
