Description of Work: This was a Big Deal for installation of a whole house humidifier on the furnace. The technician told me that the unit offered under the deal would not work with my furnace configuration and upsold me a more expensive one. But, his explanation make sense to me so I don't feel like I was cheated, although you always wonder.. Everything else went well.

Description of Work: I purchased the seasonal furnace inspection deal through Angies List. The technician identified a few preventive maintenance repairs and reviewed each with me, allowing me to decide on whether to do the repair on the spot or if it could wait. I appreciate the candor and respectful interaction while he was here and believe the simple additional repairs will help to extend the life of the furnace. This was a good experience and I would use this vendor for similar maintenance work in the future.
