Description of Work: Jorge was super responsive, very professional, very helpful and I never felt pressured to do anything extra. Unfortunately his service wasn't compatible with my HVAC unit so he couldn't perform the work but I would hire him back in a second.

To the Customer: As a company we do all recommendations necessary to achieve maximum performance of your equipments. Price required to repair and clean your equipments are competitive prices. Our main characteristic as a company is give you all resources and choices to get the best of your units (even with that age), we have a strong policy of never up sell any part or service not required. To the Customer, we have records of all repair proposals and "unnecessary services" sound a little bit out of the story. - High voltage cable box hanging of the side of evaporator coil sounds "unnecessary"? - Deep cleaning of condenser (never cleaned) and evaporator coil, is unnecessary? - Install a P-trap with sensor for overflow to protect floor from damages, is unnecessary? Service of Tune up is to find better conditions to operate your system. Jorge Levano.

I bought it, put in 2 preferred times, they called the next day, gave us the date and time we wanted, showed up on time, did the job, gave me a thorough walk through of the operation, left no mess. Description of Work: They came out on an Angies list deal to do a check up on our heater, and really went the extra mile for me. The technician arrived on time and went right to work. We had some light mold on a panel inside that I asked him to look at. The technician found a few issues and recommended some solutions which were reasonably priced. He took care of them right then. About 10 minutes after he left, my power went out. I thought it might be related to his repairs, so called him. He turned right around and came back to my house to check it out. It turned out it was completely unrelated to his repairs, but he checked a few things and suggested some possible causes. I appreciated so much how accommodating and helpful he was. He not only did a great job with his actual work, but helped me to diagnose another problem that was not his responsibility. Now that is great service!

Excellent service and experienced technicians!!! We are very glad to have chosen REIMSYS for the replacement of our furnace and air conditioner system. Jorge was very knowledgeable and communicate to us all the way through. Both, his assistant and himself were very professional, courteous, clean and thorough while performing their work. My family and I were at home during the installation and we barely noticed they were there!! The whole system installation was finished in just hours and everything looked so good and neat that we could hardly believe our eyes!!! Before deciding on which HVAC contractor to hire we were offered several estimates from different companies, and many of them were either inexperienced, overpriced, rude, unlicensed or tried to rip us off by offering less quality for more money! REIMSYS was the exception to all that and they explained why brands are priced differently and recommended only the best in price and quality. We now feel extremely comfortable at home with our new HVAC system that works %200 perfectly and couldn?t be happier with their work! Thanks Jorge and Reimsys for such wonderful work and service!
Description of Work: Replacement of air conditioner, high efficiency furnace and matching coil with PVC exhaust, fresh air and drains. The equipment even qualified for tax credit which means more savings!!!
