Jorge and his man arrived on time and immediately began to work. They were thorough and good at explaining details. They documented everything they checked and replaced the humidifier filter for us.

The owner came out to do the service and was very professional. I really appreciated that he asked to show me what he found. He went into a detailed explanation of what would make my unit more efficient. I hadn't paid full attention that it was for gas equipment when I bought the deal. He honored the deal price even though an electric unit service is charged higher given the outdoor unit needs checked also. I will use them again and recommend them to others.

I am very, very pleased with the service provided by Levanair. I just changed from my previous HVAC service and tried Levanair based on Anjie's List rating and location. I am glad I did. He arrived right on time. The inspection was very thorough. He spent some additional time with me showing me how to better care for my unit to prolong its life. He even quickly fixed another small problem I had without charge. He made a couple of additional service recommendations, both for now and later, but it was as useful professional information, not as a sales job. I expected him to bring them back up as he was preparing to leave, but he didn't. He treated me more as a client than as a customer - building a professional relationship and not just trying to sell me stuff. I feel like I can trust this guy. Levanair is my new HVAC maintenance contractor.

They pointed all the issues we were having with our heating system. They were able to come out the same day I had called. They seemed very interested in helping us, were very knowledgeable and professional. They were great to work with and I am satisfied with the results.

I was very please with this company. Although I was outside of their normal service area they were willing to honoring the coupon and make the trip. The technician was punctual and professional. It appears to be a small company but I had no trouble communicating with them. The tech was knowledgeable about his craft and he took his time in showing me what he had done and how to maintain the system. They also gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was working okay. If they are willing to make the trip, I will definitely use them again.

Reimsys was professional, straightforward, detailed in their diagnosis, and also helpful in answering my many questions before deciding to replace my aging AC system. Everything Jorge promised at the initial visit was delivered/installed as planned, on time. There were no surprises, and no up-selling. He even detected a slightly leaking gas valve proactively on the furnace, which needed to be replaced. With our compressor, several alternatives were discussed, and he gave sound recommendations and presented several different-priced options for what type of unit to go with. All in all, this contractor compared very favorably across the board (customer service, price, follow-through, etc.) to the handful of other AC contractors that have performed work for us over the past 3.5 years.

My AC unit was approaching 10 yrs so gave a call to REIMSYS. Great service. The heater and AC works great. The owner himself is very knowledgeable and took extra care in cleaning the unit. Gave a price breakdown of each service and how it would cost me less if I go with their package. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to get a good price on cleaning their ACs and does not want to break bank. Excellent customer service. The AC unit works great.

The experience overall was excellent. Reimsys gave us a quote that was 50% cheaper than another highly rated HVAC company on Angies list. The price wasn't an apples to oranges quote, it was for the exact same work. Reimsys actually added a few things such as fixing some of the rusted out duct work near the furnace and added a whole house humidifier, for still significantly less (were talking 4 digits) than what the other company charged for just their furnace replacement. Reimsys is a probably a small operation, but with that small shop mentality comes personal care, and they provided top notch results with low prices. Their work also came with a 1 year labor warranty, which is standard, and the usual warranty that comes with the furnace, 20years for the heat exchange, 10 years for parts (pretty standard on high end furnaces). The job was completed within the day as quoted. The person who came to actually do the work was probably the owner, so I can rest assured it was done right. He also setup the whole system with my Nest thermostat, which worked out, because he is an authorized installer for that unit.

I first used REIMSYS in either 2008 or 2009 when I bought a rental unit. The a/c needed to be replaced so I got bids from a few different companies. The price REIMSYS quoted me was about the same as the other contractors, but I choose Jorge/REIMSYS because he was professional and knowledgeable and I am so glad I did! He replaced the a/c unit and he also replaced my hot water heater AND helped me get a nasty, greasy old stove out of the kitchen. Obviously above and beyond the call of duty. I've used him for my spring and fall checkups at the rental property and have him do any repairs that need to be done. Since I liked him so much for my rental unit, I've used him in my home as well since 2009. On top of that, I work for a CPA firm and sometimes we have homes that are left in a trust that need to be sold. Jorge has serviced a number of these homes for us as well with positive results every time. This is one company who takes their job seriously. They show up when they are supposed to, their workers are clean and friendly and I've never had a problem with a repair not being done properly. I cannot say enough about these guys, they rock!

I purchased one of their big deals for maintenance. I was happy with their service. The technician explained the stuff and was timely. It was a good service. The price was a good deal. I will use their services again in the future.

My HVAC fan broke when it was very cold outside. With no fan, you have no heat. Therefore I needed someone to come over immediately. I searched for the nearest/highest rate HVAC company on Angie's List and found reimsys. They answered the phone immediately and had somebody at my house within an hour. 2 hours later, it was fixed. I had another estimate to replace the fan at about $400, so this one was more than that, but the person with the $400 estimate could not get there nearly as fast and I needed this fixed quick.

They were wonderful. They came out, gave us an estimate, and were out in extremely timely fashion. It was 145 degrees in my attic but they worked from 7:00 in the morning to 7:00 at night so they could get it done in one day. They did a great job and I have recommended them to others as well. The price was excellent. They did evaluations and wouldn’t leave until I was satisfied. They were just great.

The person who came out from Reimsys Company was professional. I only had to pay $60 because I got to use a coupon. The quality of the work done was good. He was very responsive. He was very punctual, I loved that. I would use Reimsys Company in the future.

We had REIMSYS do a check-up of our electric HVAC system as part of an Angie’s list deal last fall. We ended up purchasing a service agreement and last week they returned for the spring checkup. I am impressed with this company. During the initial visit last fall Jorge spent a lot of time with the system both indoors and out, despite the freezing temperatures and that fact that it was late in the day. He was thorough, took the time to explain the operation of the system, addressed my concerns, and gave me 2 pages of data from measurements he had taken. On the follow-up visit the technician arrived early (before I got there from the office) and rather than just wait around, he cleaned the exterior housing and fan and was checking out the compressor etc. when I arrived. Also, the company is well run starting with the receptionist. She called both to schedule and confirm the appointment and also resolved an issue where I forgot to take an offered discount on the service agreement when I prepaid. She applied a credit to my account which more than covered the cost of additional freon needed on the last visit. In short, this company does not take your business for granted and so far has done a competent, thorough job with the HVAC inspections.

Came right on time, did the checkup and made adjustments, identified problem with air cleaner (same as I suspected -- the power unit). Obtained and fixed that 2 days later when part came in. Identified need for new cleaner unit, but could not beat the internet price for slide in unit so just told me to obtain on my own. Came back when unit was not quite right on adjustment and fixed at no additional charge.

Sandra from REIMSYS answered the phone promptly when I called to schedule an appointment. They arrived on time this morning to perform the work. Jorge and another gentleman spent more than a hour working on both furnaces. After which Jorge reviewed what he had done and said that both systems were working properly and no additional maintenance is required. I was very pleased with the work they have performed and plan to use their services in the spring to tune-up the AC units.

I obtained written estimates for this job from 4 different companies. Reimsys offered me the best price of the four. However, I went with Reimsys primarily because 1) Mr. Levano, the owner, took the extra time to explain how he arrived at his estimated price, and 2) Reimsys was able to put me on their schedule so that the work could be performed a few days later. Mr. Levano and a helper arrived at my home at 9:30 a.m. on September 2, which happened to be one of the hottest days this past summer. (This job required Mr. Levano to go back and forth between my suffocating attic crawl space and outdoors.) Both men worked non-stop from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. moving the AC unit, re-routing wires and line set, interior re-wiring, and adding a new outdoor junction box. I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail, for example, using a level to make sure the plastic covers for the exterior wires and line set were perfectly aligned vertically with the side of my house. In sum, I was very pleased with my experience with Reimsys. The fact that Reimsys is licensed (in MD and VA) gives me further comfort that Mr. Levano's work was competently performed. Highly recommended!
