They installation was done quickly and they answered all my questions. They also went over how to operate the system in the winter and summer.

The provider was knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions as he walked through the inspection.

After the initial purchase on Angies list, I waited for the company to call to schedule the appointment after all I had to put my number down on Angies list for them to call. They did not. They emailed my husband later. This delayed me getting the humidifier in for another month due to them being booked and timing for someone to be at my home. In spite of the appt scheduling situation. The gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. The builders of my home did not install a much needed piece on my water heater so the gentleman waited for my husband to go purchase the piece and then installed it. He shared with my husband how the builders also did not properly install another pipe on my system. He was there for a bit explaining how it should work and what work he performed.

Service was prompt and courteous.

Since my basement furnace is bigger and heats two floors, I tend to neglect the one in the attic, which heats the top floor. The serviceman was very helpful, did more than just service the unit and made some very useful suggestions. I would definitely use this company again.

Scheduling was pretty easy and they showed up on the first appointment I requested. They showed up on time. They were good to work with and I did not have any problems with them. They took the old unit out for us and hauled it away. He did go over how to use the new system with me. My husband was a little displeased that they did not tie the humidifier to the existing cold water line and they made new a connection to the hot water line.

The contractor was available to perform the installation approximately 2 weeks after the initial purchase of the Big Deal on Angie's List for a whole house humidifier. Due to local weather conditions, the contractor was forced to reschedule their appointment but they were able to provide the service within 48 hours of the originally scheduled time. Upon arrival at my home the contractor took the time to explain how the pros and cons of the purchased humidifier unit as they applied to my home based upon size, furnace type and expected usage levels. After a brief discussion the contractor also offered options to upgrade from the purchased unit to other versions with varying degrees of improved efficiency. The contractor was quite clear that he would install the purchased unit and did not "hard sell" the upgrades. In the end I decided to pay for an upgrade to a higher-end humidifier unit. The contractor pointed out that no additional installation fees would apply and he also waived one fee since a humidifier unit had been previously installed. The contractor and his colleague arrived on time and were able to complete the work in less than 2 hours. Their work was very neat and they cleaned up the area where the unit was installed. After inspecting the work, I can say that it was completed with attention to detail and with care not to damage any existing duct work or furnace components.

Excellent service--very responsive. The unit was installed as promised--no short cuts. The technicians were professional and took the time to explain all the features and maintenance requirements.

We purchased an Angie's List deal for $349 which provided equipment and installation of a whole-house humidifier. We'd wanted one for a while, so we didn't want to pass up this deal. Levanair asked us to propose three dates for the work to be done, and they scheduled us on one of those days. The team that came out was professional and quick; they had the work done in less than an hour. The system has been working so-far-so-good, with no complaints. We are very happy with this experience.

On the day of the service, the installers came near the end of the window they gave me. The person who came to install and his assistant were courteous and wore disposable booties. They also answered questions on the comparison of the purchased model with the higher end model. I decided for the higher end model and they were happy to take the difference via a credit card (VISA/MC only, no AMEX though). The work was done neatly and the installer explained what he was doing and why. The assistant kept coming in and out with materials. The two had a good chemistry and the work was done smoothly. Afterwards, the installer explained the usage to me (fairly simple on the light and reset button) and took the difference in payment.

After pre-installation survey, the heating equipment offered in the Big Deal was not compatible with my existing equipment as a replacement. Good communication with the vendor.

The technician showed up on time and was very courteous. He inspected the heating unit and recommended replacement of the humidifier filter. He also gave us a clear list of the conditions of all related parts that may need to be replaced in the future. Great Job.

Came out to the house and gave detailed explanation how he could not fit the humidifier into the closet space and was unable to run a water line to the closet due to the fact my house was built with water lines running in the attic.

Levanair Heating & Air Conditioning came out to our house for an inspection and tune-up of our furnace. We had purchased them as a "Big Deal." They were great! They set up an appointment right away, showed up on time, were courteous and professional. They also were very patient with us describing upkeep issues, etc. We will DEFINITELY use them again.

Jorge was very professional. He showed up on time and was very thorough with the inspection and tune-up. He walked me through his assessment of my system and his recommendations. I would use Levanair again for my heating/cooling needs.

Jorge, the owner of Levanair, arrived promptly as scheduled. I appreciated that he wore covers on his shoes since it was wet outside. He did his inspection of our furnace and patiently explained all of the different parts and the issues our furnace had. He also advised us on some of our options in repairing/replacing our unit and did not once pressure us on purchasing anything from him. He took our budget in mind and advised us on different options we had. Jorge went above and beyond for us in researching different units to fit on our small lot and was always available to discuss a unit that we found on our own. He was exceptionally knowledgeable in hvac systems and did an awesome job in explaining the different functions of the units/parts. When we are ready to replace our unit, we will definitely go through Levanair to do the job!

Mr. Levano inspected our furnace, made some repairs and installed a whole house humidifier. He was right on time, workmanship was excellent, and he is very knowledgeable. We had a minor issue with humidifier the day after installation, and afer I called, he came over within 2 hours to make adjustments. We will definitely call him for all of our HVAC needs and recommend him highly.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It turned out well. They did a thorough job looking at the furnace and recommending what we needed to do and they also wrote us out detailed information on it. We didn't spend any additional. It was a good price. They were here when they said they were going to be. We would probably use them again.

They did an outstanding job. They were very timely. When the weather was bad they kept me informed. Jorge the technician came and was outstanding from start to finish.

They called to arrange an appointment, and showed up promptly on the appointment day. They inspected the gas furnace and adjoining gas pipes. Because the furnace is the original unit installed 28 year ago, they found that there were small pin hole leaks in the exchange unit; and that the heating flames were uneven indicating problems. They took the time to show me where the problems were and why important to have the furnace replaced. They explained to me the differences in the new types of gas furnaces including the high efficiency models, and what would be required to install them. Additionally, they told me that the exterior heat pump unit needed to be hosed down to clear the circulating vents. All in all very professional, thorough inspections, and no hard sell by them for new unit which was reasonably priced compared to estimates from others.

Very well. HVAC person had me watch what he did and he explained it to me as well. Learned alot about my furnace! He talked about installing a UV light to fight the mold and bacteria found in the furnace airflow. What convinced me was that it is portable and since we will be selling our place in a year or so I can take it with me to our new place.
