Description of Work: The service person did not arrive as he stated on the phone call before he arrived. He was not really willing to perform the checking up on the AC system. He did not check the system point by point and only stayed only about fifteen minutes and did not give any opinion.

Description of Work: AC check-up and Chemical clean of unit. Was very well done, and very professional and thorough with explanations of all worked performed, and status of the AC system.

Description of Work: Jorge fixed a leak in my coolant line for the A/C, replaced two nozzles, replaced a large capacitor, and did a coil cleaning. It was a very involved job, and took over 2 hours, but he did excellent work, and was courteous and professional throughout. I will use him again.

Description of Work: Technician arrived a bit early but called before as promised. He checked my a/c - left me a check list of what he did and his recommendations. He went up on the roof during rain and checked my unit. Very competent young man and I felt I got good value and excellent service.

Description of Work: Jorge came out and installed a whole house humidifier for us. He was great! I had a couple of questions before hand and he responded right away - both by phone and e-mail. The installation went great as well! He explained everything he was going to do up front and then showed us how the humidifier works and told us to call if we had any questions. We will totally use Jorge again!

Description of Work: We purchased a whole house humidifer from Angie's list big deal. Levanair arrived within the stated time frame. Upon arrival they strongly recommended upgrading the base unit to a better model which I was told had better features. I was a little disapointed that I would have to pay more. After installation, I was shown the operation and routine maintnenace of the unit. Although levanair was professional and responsive with their installation, I have not been very happy with the humidifer. Our blower unit ran almost non-stop. In addition, our condensation pump ran a great deal too. I felt the humidity sensor in the unit was not very accurate. My utility bill went up with the blower constantly running. I reverted to manually operating the unit when I felt the air was too dry.

Description of Work: The Levanair folks installed a new furnace and whole-house humidifier. They were knowledgable, punctual, efficient and neat. The work was done when scheduled and well within the time Mr. Levano estimated the task would take. We're very happy with the product and the installation, and I would not hesitate to recommend Levanair to anyone.

Description of Work: Jorge was great. At first it was a little confusing about the advertisement that was posted on Angie's List. The deal was for $349 for a whole house humidifier. When Jorge got there he explained to me I would need the larger HE300 Honeywell humidifier- aka- not $349. Long story short we spent more than we thought we would originally, but once I read up on the newly suggested humidifier I was confident in why Jorge suggested the smaller unit would not do what I was looking for. We rescheduled the first appoint to about a week later for me to do my homework. The install went smoothly and cleanly. After most contractors leave I usually need to "tidy" up their work by securing loose parts, tying down wires, securing tubes, etc. Not with Jorge- there was nothing to tidy up. He did a great job!

I trusted them enough to leave them alone after they thoroughly explain ed all the work entailed in their installation of a whole house humidifier.I would recommended them wholeheartedly.

Description of Work: I had purchased a special deal for furnace inspection. I subsequently had them back to install a humidifier on the furnace and a hot water heater. Work was doen in a timely and professional manner.

Description of Work: They spotted some prolems with the design of the duct work that caused rain to flow down to the motor. Snell didn't return my calls to fix the problems, so I two months later had Remisys come back to make the corrections. Plesed with their responsiveness and the clarity of their explanations.
