Description of Work: They came out for an estimate, said give us 3-5 days. 2 weeks later I called when I had not heard from them. They said give them until tomorrow. I never heard anything from them. Was the job too small? Were they too busy? You have to communicate with your customers.No matter because We hired another company.

Description of Work: New walk and patio repair looks good. They did great work but the company needs improvement in customer service. They damaged an electric wire which took forever for them to reimburse us for the repair. They also damaged the lattice work on the patio which they fixed. Stuff happens so I wasn't upset w/that but that lack of responsiveness. If punctuality and responsiveness are important to you - don't use them.

We fixed/repaired the issues and reimbursed you for the electrical wire. Our contract clearly states that we have 30 days to reimburse any money. The reimbursement which was mailed, took 30-35 days. Glad you’re happy with the work itself.

They did an okay job but it took a very long time to get it done. Therefore, a small job cost me a big price.
