Description of Work: They never called me to make an appointment to come to the house and do the work I wanted them to do. The only people I ever talked to were at their answering service, and they repeatedly said, they would pass the message on to the contractor, but the contractor never returned the calls.

Description of Work: I used the offer for 2 hrs for $99. Well worth it. Dean was professional and explained my issue well. Electrical socket was not working and was fixed. Overhead kitchen lights had a short but required additional service other than fixing the light. I will definelty use them again.

Description of Work: The electrician and his helper showed up on time and quickly uninstalled two ceiling fans and reinstalled two others. They also helped me figure out why certain wall sockets didn't seem to work. Nice people. Good work. Will use them again!

Description of Work: The fan did not fit the window and we were reimbursed by Angies List. We made an arrangement to pay for the fan directly and hired a handyman to make it fit. The company did do a good job with some other electrical work but we have been trying to reach them for another job and have not received any response, went with someone else.
