Made a good suggestion re the bathroom fixture to not screw the bulbs in too tightly. This seems to have solved the problem. As for the other 2 items, provider made a couple of suggestions as to how I could fix them myself. That's not what I was looking for. I contacted the provider to fix them. I'm not sure if this was a communication problem. I was hoping to get these issues resolved, not have a consultation on what I could do to remedy the situation myself.

Everything went well. We've used Walls on multiple occasions now and they have always been punctual, professional, and got the job done correctly without any issues. Overall, we would like the price to be lower, however, we would rather pay a slightly higher price and know the work was done well, then deal with the hassle of trying to get something fixed a second time.

The big deal service from Walls Electrical Service Inc was favorable. I think the service was within a week of the big deal purchase. They had some extra work that they thought that we needed but we did not get it.

The technician was employed exceptional customer service skills. He was very professional and he was on time. He did an exceptional job!!

I had hired an electrician in the past to replace an outside electrical box and was surprised to learn that the industry average for any home visit was a flat $300. When I saw the Angie's List special $99 for $200 worth of work, I jumped on this great deal. I only had two minor issues to resolve...I had recently replaced the light bulbs on the front porch lights and with a couple weeks one stopped working, I assumed there was a loose wire. The tech removed the fixture and determined the connections were good and only needed to replace the bulbs. And I had a light switch in the kitchen that was not working, the tech replaced the switch. When the work was complete the tech told me that I exceeded the $200 worth of work and his flat fee for the work performed was $279, plus $5 for the switch. I ended up paying an additional $84 for this deal.

It went very well. Electrician was very helpful and patient. Very satisfied with work done and price paid.

I bought a deal from Walls Electrical in May 2014. It was $99 for $200 worth of electrical services. We could not figure out why our powder room lighting would not come on even after replacing bulbs, checking breakers, and resetting GFCIs. A Walls technician came out and figured out that the lights were controlled by a small transformer that was connected into an outlet in the adjoining closet. Somehow we had unplugged the transformer without realizing it. Problem solved. The technician then replaced the lighting fixture that my husband had taken apart while investigating the matter a few days prior. While he was replacing the fixture, I handed the technician a circular metal piece that belonged in the fixture. The technician adamantly said that the metal piece did not belong. I had my doubts, but I deferred to his judgement since he is the professional. Well, a day later, that fixture stopped working and when we investigated, we saw that the bulb had burned out the plastic part of the fixture, because the metal piece had not been replaced. I immediately called Walls to let them know what happened. At first, they were very prompt in responding to my complaint. I sent pictures, they said they were working on it. Then weeks passed and nothing happened. I called and was told that the person who was handling my account was having health issues and that someone else would get on it. Weeks passed again and nothing happened. I called and was told that my contact person wasn't with the company anymore and somehow I had fallen through the cracks. They were very apologetic. It wasn't until late Fall that a technician was sent out to rectify the situation. They had to replace all 3 lights in the powder room and the product they brought (the closest match they said they could find) and the way it was installed just didn't have the beautiful flush finish that my previous fixtures had. Needless to say, a very simple issue turned into a huge waste of my time and energy. I'm happy they finally rectified the situation, but it took way too long and the end product left a lot to be desired.

it took longer than I thought but the panel was original and about 50 years old so that was understandable. the area they had to work in was very small and they did not complain at all. I would not hesitate to recommend them and in fact have used them again. Great job!

It was good. They came in and completely did their work. They did an excellent job. I was satisfied with their work. They were excellent. They showed up on time. I have no complaints.

It went well. The technician only needed to cut one hole in the ceiling for the wiring. I had to call the company back to assist me with wiring a new slide dimmer for an additional charge.

They were good. We used them a couple times after.

Was given a two hour window and the provider came about an hour and 15 minutes into that window. He did the job professionally and in a timely fashion.

We initally purchased an Angies List cupon ($99 for $200 of service) but ended up asking to have a new electrical pannel installed. Very profssional and curtious service. They installed and put in the electrical pannel with fuses and meter outside. After 2 days the a/c fuse kept blowing out. The A/C repairman said it was because we had the wrong amp fuse. We called and Walls came out and put in the correct amp fuse. Two weeks later the county inspector came out and and would not approve the installation sayig that some of the fuses were old. We called and they came out immediatly and fixed the problem (put in new fuses). Question/Issue is that if they would have done the job correctly the first time they would not have to come out those two times and why did they not install new fuses?? They were responsive and apologetic for the mistake(s).

We were happy with the service and they were helpful in resolving the problem.

The guy did what he was supposed to do, but I really believed they over charged me. Whatever. Live and learn.

They arrived on time, were courteous, and very knowledgeable. They immediately began their work and was completed in a timely manner. I would use their services again. I would recommend them to others.

Everything went well. Scheduling was easy, the electrician did a good job, and he cleaned up after himself.

Jason Davies, the electrician came on time. He was very friendly, and quick to find where all the wires were and fixed it in no time.

He was not able to fix the light fixture, but he took it down so that I could take it to a lamp shop. He changed the outlet, which didn't need to be fixed necessarily and placed the boxes in upside dow. The dimming controls works opposite. When the light increases, the dim switch slides down instead of up. Simple things, that could have been done the correct way.

Processing of setting up service request was easy and timely. Electrician was on time. I was told that to open the box outdoor and install the outlet, the charge would be $229 for diagnostics plus $95 for the outlet. I tried to explain to him that there is no "diagnosis" that needs to be done and that the box is already powered. He did confirm that after he opened the box but argued that its a company policy and the price would still be $229+$95. The same goes with the lamp post sensor, a diagnostics fee of $229 plus $50 (approx) for the sensor/parts as needed. When I told him I don't need the work done, I was told there is a $150 fee for the visit. When I told him I will need to call the office and discuss this, he walked away to his truck spoke to someone and drove of mumbling saying he will not charge us for this. I then called their office and she mentioned that even though I did not pay him, he electrician will be billing them and I have to pay them the fee. I used the $99 coupon on Angies List and paid the fee. I got another company in the next hour or so and got both jobs done for $130 plus parts which was $27, a total of $157 compared $590 that I would have had to pay this company. Absolutely rude behavior and a total RIP-OFF!!

Worthwhile inspection. Very happy with the subsequent repairs.
