Description of Work: ? Came and when they saw where I wanted to put the 4 recessed lighting cans they were unable to perform the job. I wanted in a stair area, and they only can do it for a certain height, they needed scaffolding, which would be an extra charge, then we looked at other rooms, but everything was going to be extra. They could not use our current switch, which another electrical team said; they should have been able to do. I felt that they were up charging everything to make more money on the deal. One of the workers commented that they don't "make money" on the big deals...so that was a red flag to me that they will find a way to make money, and we find not only with this company but others-is that once they show up, the amount you get for your deal-changes. They said they would have someone contact me to reschedule and let me know the cost of having scaffolding, no one ever called me back. And I was not happy with all the extra fees and I told them that those were too high for this deal.

Description of Work: Replaced ceiling-mounted fixtures, diagnosed likely cause a fixture failing to light up (it was the fixture, there was no problem with the outlet), ran elecrical wiring from an outside outlet about 20 feet to power outdoor lighting that was mounted to the underside of a deck. Also unstalled a switch for the outdoor lights.
