"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR AIR DUCT CLEANING! I used their pest control service since 2003. I have no complaints about this service. Two years ago, I paid them over $900 to clean air ducts because of the gray dust and musty smell coming from them. When the person came to do the cleaning, all he had with him was a small handheld apparatus that was similar to an air compressor. I was accustomed to having more elaborate machinery for this process. The supervisor who accompanied the service person told me their system was different. Now, two years later, I still have gray dust coming out of the vents and a musty smell in the house. I have called, sent emails, and left messages asking for a call. No on ever called me unless it was to schedule pest control. I finally canceled the service and stopped the automatic payments. I still received calls and demands for payment. I told the person I had canceled service and requested a call from a manager or owner multiple times. No one returned my calls."

They were always on time and the owner gave me a very fair price for the work. He even helped me get my 2nd floor window shutters down so I could paint them while he worked on the house and then he reinstalled them for me at no additional cost, even returning to put up one set that needed an extra day to dry. I can't say enough about how professional he was and how knowledgeable about the habits of animal pests that might cause damage to a home. I highly recommend their services to anyone!"
