This is my first year with them, having used two other services during the past 15 or so years. I was impressed by their desire to be kind to the environment. Service is good and responsive. Crabgrass has been controlled well, lawn looks good. However there is a lot of broad leaf weeds in the fall. Downside is that they have attempted to control moles, for an additional fee of $40 per application. After three applications I still am plagued with mole tunnels.

We like them because our pets don't have any reactions to the chemicals they use. Very good experience. ?Our lawn is now one of the best lawns on the block. ?We are very pleased with them. We like that they use all natural products.

The grass has come in beautifully!! The staff in the office was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The two service techs that came were also friendly and they took time to explain in detail the important follow up care for our lawn to achieve maximum results. We are so pleased with this company and highly recommend them!

When we moved, we brought them over and did this house. We used to have them at our other house as well. We've had them over 10 years, maybe for 15 years.

They come about every six weeks. It's $46 for every six weeks and $50 for the brown patch. They're great. They answer any questions.

Provider showed up unannounced! This was a deal breaker on my part. I had explained extensively that they were to show up only at appointed times. The sales department had good follow up, but the actual office staff was extremely incompetent and could never get the scheduled appointments correct --- even after speaking with each individual office staff member. Too much aggravation, so I discontinued the service.

It went really well. I signed up for a year-long contract. Was really pleased with the attendants professionalism; explanation of what was done.

It is going just fine. They charge about $60 per service. We have been using them for about a year now, and their pricing is reasonable, the service is good, and my wife likes the natural lawn products. They are generally timely, and they do a good job.

I've been using them for a year. This is my second season with them. I am very pleased with them. I've been getting good results with them. They have good customer service. The lawn looks great. They come out 7 times a season. The price depends on what they are doing. They do a nice job. They set up a schedule and they come and do the work. Their price is competitive; they are not the cheapest or most expensive.

The price was negotiated, it was reasonable. They respond to your needs.

These guys are awesome! I started using them last spring and my lawn has never looked better. I went from having a pretty miserable-looking lawn to having one of the best in my neighborhood after just one season of treatment, with minimal work on my part (and by that I mean just mowing). It's now lush, green, and beautiful, with no dandelions, crabgrass, or any other nastiness. They are very courteous and I like that they don't use high-pressure sales tactics to try to get you to upgrade or order other services. They are extremely friendly and always send an email several days in advance of the service date so we can ensure that they have access to the back yard, etc. I have referred several others to NaturaLawn and will continue to do so in the future. In summary, I couldn't be happier!

I've been getting yard treatsment for the past year and my grass is looking significantly better. I had bad weeds last spring and have not had a problem since beginning with NaturaLawn.

They are absolutely wonderful people to work with and my lawn is finally starting to look great (a lot less crabgrass than last year and the miles we've had for the last 3 years are finally GONE)! They leave detailed reports of what they did and what they recommend and aren't the least bit pushy about trying to upsell additional services. Finally, they called a couple of days later to double check that we had gotten their report and that we were satisfied with the service (we weren't home when they treated the lawn). We live on a lake so the natural element is really important to us since we don't want to pollute the surrounding waterways and I'm really impressed with their product's effectiveness and with their service.

. So far so good. I am going to have them treat my mother's yard also. I have dogs and want to go with natural organic products.

Their service is excellent. Everything they use is natural. They do not use any synthetic chemicals.
