Description of Work: This is the 2nd time I've used this company. I'm just as pleased the second time as the first. This time I had a basement carpeted and a tile floor installed in the foyer. Excellent jobs were done on both. They were very accommodating on the scheduling of the work, the work was done in a professional manner, and they did a thorough cleanup afterwards. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I had purchased a groupon or somesuch for 200 sq ft hardwood floor purchase and installation. But it turned out that hardwood could not be installed in the intended area. Instead we went with a wood laminate. They explained to me the reasons why hardwood could not be used and discussed with me all the options, including the one I chose. The workmen were efficient in doing their work, although I was dissatisfied with the way some trim pieces had been incompletely done. They responded to my complaint promptly and corrected the issue.

Description of Work: We installed laminate wood flooring for living & bedrooms and LVT for our bathrooms and kitchen. The installation took 2 days and all went well, Ms Maria in the office was very responsive to my inquiry, process of contract and schedule. Spoke to Joe who was out there to make the measurements and answered to all my questions regarding the materials and installation concerns. The only minor complaint I have is that the workmen did not inform us about the sawing on planks in the unit which resulted in saw dust all over the place.

Description of Work: Installed Bruce wood flooring in my bedroom and sitting room. They did a great job, showed up on time and finished the job in less than a day. Very pleased with both the sales people at the store and with the installers. Only one spoke English, so that was a slight problem. They moved furniture out of the way and took care to put it back in it's place.

Description of Work: Installed tile floor in our downstairs bar, hallway, bathroom and laundry room. Very prompt and professional. When we pointed out one thing we did not like with one of the thresholds, they promptly fixed the issue. There were some very minor finishing issues, but they were easily hidden with shoe molding along the baseboards. Overall excellent experience and value.
