Since I can't get on my own roof for health reasons, I was appreciative of the extra set of eyes up there.

Description of Work: I have gutter covers but over the year and a half since I had them installed a significant amount of leaves, branches, and other debris had built up over the gutters and on various parts of the roof. Mr. Gutter cleaned the entire roof and tops of the gutters, and did a great job cleaning up all the debris blown down onto the ground. Response to my initial phone call, and scheduling of the work, was very prompt and courteous. Work was performed as scheduled and for the price quoted. I was quite pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism exhibited. I will definitely call Mr. Gutter again when I have the need.

Description of Work: We have used Mr. Gutter for about 15 years. Although he himself is a bit of a "character", his mode of operation this time brought out a degree of unprofessionalism we hadn't seen before. He showed up unannounced, and set up his ladder on our deck to reach the gutters outside our bedroom window. Unfortunately, my wife was in that room, the blinds were open on the window he reached, and let's just say she was unprepared for anyone to be looking in that window. She screamed, and when I went outside he said he was leaving and would do a neighbor's house. He never came back. Upon reflection, we don't want him back. There's no reason he could not have rung the doorbell or knocked on the door to alert us that he was here, rather than just climb up to a bedroom window. Prior to this, his service has been good although increasingly expensive. But there's no reason for the unannounced visit.
