I would highly recommend Mr. Gutter. He is so popular that there may be a waiting list for his services, but the wait is worth it. He did a great job of cleaning our gutters (with guards), and unclogging our downspouts which were all clogged with small debris. The gutters are flowing great now! They will also do pressure washing of your house. I didn't quite know what to expect with this but the results are fantastic. No more mildew and dirt on our siding, our house looks brand new. But the washing doesn't stop with your siding - he pressure washed our sidewalk, driveway, curbs, carport, plastic storage shed, and everything else on our property! The attention to detail here is far beyond what even I would have ever thought to ask for. The price is very reasonable, and he is a pleasure doing business with. I will definitely be calling him back in a few years for gutter cleaning and pressure washing.

Always goes well. Mr. Sumner also checks the roof to ensure nothing needs repair and, if something does, he leaves a detailed note of what needs to be done and cost.

I have been using Mr. Gutter for over 15 years for my gutter cleaning. They always go above and beyond normal service, looking at the roof condition and leaving recommendations.

We have used Mr Gutter for five years. If there was a grade higher than A I would give them that. During peak season, autumn, it can take a couple of weeks for them to get there but once you are in the que, you will be taken care of . This year we forgot to order service until the spring and they came within a day. They are ALWAYS polite, fast, efficient and thorough. And very year they wash the skylights on our porch for free. When I called the office to tell them how surprised and appreciative by the clean skylights, I was told, "not a problem as we were up on the roof with a hose anyway."

After reading the reviews on Angie's list- I thought I would have a wonderful experience. And I did at first. The lady who answers the phone was nice and explained to me that when I first called ( beginning of November) that they were extremely busy but would be able to squeeze me in for a gutter cleaning before thanksgiving and would leave an invoice either in my door or mailbox, because "they have a great trust relationship with their customers" I said Great! OK! Fast forward to today-- I called to check in. I haven't received anything in my door or mailbox and wanted to see when on the schedule if ever my house would be seen. She asked me, "How did we leave the conversation last?" Really??? So I said that I thought someone would be out before thanksgiving. Then she asked me my address again so I told her and she said the previous owners did a one time cleaning that was a cost of $225 since they did not have the "maintenance plan." I asked her what this "maintenance plan" is and she said they don't really offer it, that they rely on trust and don't have customers sign contracts. Then why are you even bringing it up??? I really don't care what the previous owners did, I live here now. She then proceeded to tell me that if I got my gutters cleaned twice or three times a year it would be $225. So I asked is this what the "maintenance plan" is? She responded with "No, $225 each time" I was so confused by the back and forth I started questioning more. She then said we don't really give discounts. I hadn't even mentioned a discount. She said she trusts her customers to pay as much as they can when they can. I didn't say I couldn't pay, please don't insult me. I'm asking what the pricing is of this so called "maintenance plan" that by the way- someone mentions in an Angie's list review and she couldn't give me straight answers. FLUSTERED! Then she exclaimed, "I wear many hats here, I am overwhelmed, it's a small business and that all of our customers are happy, etc." I know all of this and I'd prefer to use a local small business and support my community, but if you can't give me straight answers then I'll have to go elsewhere. I'm sorry that you're overwhelmed but you're not being very clear and running me around in circles. I hope that you keep your current customers happier than you've left me.

The lady who answered the phone was so pleasant, and set up the appointment for the cleaning right away, at a very reasonable rate. We were so pleased with the results, we decided to go with their seasonal plan where they cwill me out and do it a few times a year, and at a significant overall discount.

Awesome service. Richard went above and beyond what we expected. When we contacted him, we just wanted the siding power washed and gutter guards installed. What we got was way more then we expected. He cleaned the gutters as well. Then the power washing was done. We expected just the siding on our town home to be done but he did much more. He did the fence , the patio and the sidewalks. It looks amazing and we will use him again when the siding needs to be washed again.

Very professional from the initial contact made with Mr Gutter's wife, Denise to the completion of requested service. Very responsive and very easy to schedule an appointment, with a very quick turn around time. Mr Gutter explained the service he was going to provide prior to the cleaning and inspection. I was provided with a very complete and precise estimate for the additional work I had also requested he provide me as well as a complete report of the work which was performed. I definitely recommend Mr Gutter, and I will certainly use his services again. This was a very positive experience.

Both the responsiveness and the work done were very impressive. The day before the work was performed, I called Mr. Gutter -- after hours -- and left a message describing my problem. Expecting to hear back sometime the next day to schedule a time for this work to be done, I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Sumner called me shortly before 7:00 a.m. the morning after I'd left the message, saying he was on his way. He and his assistant got there a short while later and had the job finished in less than an hour, according to my much-impressed neighbor, who witnessed the work after I had to leave for work. Mr. Sumner is very personable and was fun to talk with before he went up on my roof. The actual price turned out to be $100 higher than the estimate quoted to me over the phone, but this was because my facia was uneven and spacers were needed to make the gutter hang evenly (my gutters had spacers before, as well, but being ignorant of the fact that that was an issue, I had not mentioned them when I called in the problem). Even so, Mr. Gutter's price was several hundred dollars less than another Angie's List company I called about the same issue upon the recommendation of someone else. Moreover, for no extra charge, they cleaned out that gutter, plus another one. I'd use Mr. Gutter again for future rain gutter issues, and highly recommend them.

Mr. Gutter took 6 hours and first applied a cleaning agent, then let that set, then gently washed it off the house. He was challenged by the fact that my back yard hose bib shut off valve wasn't working and he quickly accommodated this challenge by running additional hosing to reach the back (I have a townhouse - middle unit - so this was a challenge!). He is always courteous and professional and NEAT - that's one of the best things is there is NO CLEANUP because he has taken care of that already. He started in the back and after washing my house, he also power washed my fencing, gate and deck. He then came and got me and walked me around to show me the difference in the cleanliness -- and my house does look brand new! He then cleaned the front side. All in all, very thorough and price reflects the time and attention to detail to do the job thoroughly and correctly. Other firms were going to spend 2 hours and no cleaning agents and I know I would've had damage to the siding and to my decking (which is only 2 years old). I am having him restain the deck once it has thoroughly dried and I know that the job he will do will be much better than what another contractor did two years ago. Thanks Mr. Gutter!

Came when scheduled, did the work efficiently, neatly bagged leaves.

I called and spoke with the owners wife about coming out to our house. The price she quoted was $265, however we were charged $275 (perhaps I misheard her over the phone). I thought it was high, but the reviews are outstanding on AL, so I thought we'd give Mr Gutter a try. My husband was home when they came. You have to be home. My husband wrote the check and was please with the work, but thought it was overpriced (he almost cancelled the morning of when I told him the price). I'm looking at the receipt provided and learned they cleaned our roof? Why, I have no idea. I didn't need my roof cleaned. It certainly did not remove my roof stains. We never discussed them cleaning my roof. They did a great job, but I think we will go ahead with another company next time, due to the price.

They are excellent. They are very reliable on their scheduled cleaning and always return my calls. I had a difficult repair on my gutters once that others could not fix but they were successful.This was about 3 or 4 years ago and the work has held up with no problems. They are one of the best out there and I would highly recommend them.

Cleaned gutters and checked mitres. They did a great job. They were very personable and explained everything. In fact, when I called to make the appointment, I mentioned that I had been referred by a neighbor and I was given the same pricing and told I was "family now." This is a great family business and I absolutely recommend them and will do business with them again.

I have had Richard and Denise Sumner under contract now for several years. Richard comes out twice a year, without fail, to clean my gutters and while he is up on my roof let's me know about issues before bad things happen. He offers to repair them for a very reasonable price. His work is top notch! No issues ever. Denise is always friendly on the phone and works very hard to make sure their service is the best. Let me tell you about my service today. Richard was out here, while it was SNOWING, to repair my roof! Now I don't know about you but the last thing I want to do is be on a roof while it's snowing and Richard did this because he wanted to repair my roof before any leaking happened when the snow melted. If all companies service was like this the world would be a much better place to do business. I will never use anybody else as long as Mr. Gutter is in business!

I saw the Mr. Gutter truck at a neighbors house and decided to contact them after reading the reviews on Angie's list. "Mrs Gutter" was very responsible and helpful in scheduling our first service. I explained that we needed the gutters cleaned before other work was done at our house. While they prefer the homeowner be home for the first service, they agreed to come while we were on vacation so as to be sure to be completed in time. They mailed an invoice which included a list of recommended repairs. We did not pursue the repairs but do plan to use them in the future for routine gutter cleaning. We have seriously considered the Gutter Monster / Gutter Helmet, but at this point, Mr. Gutter seems to be the best option for us.

He has been coming twice a year for twelve years and does a complete job. He bags everything from the gutter instead of just throwing it int the lawn and leaves it next to the trash can. Occasionally, we ask for a third time during the year and he is very responsive. This is one of those services that you set up and then it just happens. He leaves the bill on the front door.

extremely well. When I called to schedule, I advised that I would be out of town for a couple of weeks, but that he could do the work when he could fit me into his schedule. He came while I was gone, fixed the gutters, and left the bill. I have used Mr Gutter for about 20 years and have always found them to be responsive, extremely customer service oriented, and professional. There is never any mess left after he cleans the gutters.

Mr. Gutter has done a great job cleaning our gutters for the last several years. They follow a regular schedule, are punctual, thorough, and clean up after their work. On occasion, I have seen them at my house doing their work and they have been very courteous and helpful. I recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
