They called promptly, did the estimate that same day, and called to follow-up. They took time to ensure I understood other potential problems and listened to my concerns. As a local, American company their communication and listening skills were excellent as was their past performance in doing roof repairs. I felt confident in their professionalism and upon hire, they completed the job on time and within the quoted price. Definitly would hire them again.

The repairs I needed were to replace/repair chimney flashing, replace an old vent pipe collar, and remove two old satellite dishes from my roof and seal the holes. Jim Baker called enroute, showed up on time, inspected what I needed done, gave me a recommendation of what was needed, gave me a fair estimate of cost, and with my approval, proceeded to complete the job right then and there.
