Very fast, very polite

We had a plastic shutter that came off years ago and needed to be rehung within 2 weeks because the HOA sent us a notice. Despite the 20 degree weather, he came out within a few hours. When he went to hang it, we realized that the shutter thought came off that window was the wrong size and must have come from a different house. He bought a set of new shutters, painted them to match, and came back a few days later when it was warmer to hang them. Overall this was a great experience and I recommend this pro.

Kevin is amazing!!! I am so happy with their work, Antonio and Luis are awesome as well. Together they sealed my roof and found problems that I did not even know about and took care of a rusted vent and a gap between the roof and the awning. After that I hired them to paint my decks and shed. Following that, they came in and remodeled most of my kitchen and replaced rotted flooring. They were creative, adapted to some of the challenges they ran into with ingenuity and made sure I was happy with everything as they progressed, which I was. I love my new kitchen and I know Kevin has my back. I would trust him to enter my home any time whether I am there or not, because he is incredibly conscientious and takes care of me as he would a family member. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable, high quality, kind and trustworthy contractor.

This company is a scam! I had gotten my roof prepared in December 2023 and I still have leaks. I call the gentleman name Kevin so he had a gentleman come out in May 2024 for the repairs. it is October 2024 and it is not even a year with t supposedly a new roof! Yet , I have leaks. I called and called , I texted and texted and no answers from Kevin. I am disappointed in this company. STAY FAR FAR AWAY... SCAM SCAM .. I paid in good faith thousands of dollars . Refered by ANGI list..

I am very pleased with the work that was done. Kevin and his crew came as scheduled and painted my shutters and new door. They also power washed the siding, tightened my gutters and put on a new dryer vent, as he recommended during the estimate.

Kevin Malloy called as soon as I put a request for a quote on Angi. He said he was calling on behalf of Jim Baker but later after the job was done I found out that Jim had retired and Kevin had his own company. The slight confusion aside, Kevin came promptly a couple of hours later, took a look at the roof (I had a leak through the flue pipe collar) and gave me quote for caulking all areas he showed me in the pictures he took. I negotiated a price and he was done 30 minutes later. Another company was quoting me a hefty service fee but Kevin did not. He showed me the pictures of his work and they all looked good. Very happy with the prompt and professional service.

Jim Baker LLC was very polite and professional and did a great job. They quoted me a good price and their work looks very good. They replaced the trim on some of my windows and did some painting. They also painted my chimney exterior and fixed up my gutter. They were punctual and the customer service was great. I would hire them again and recommend them.

Hired the team again! They are my go-to team now for outside jobs. My gutters w/covers that allow water in and prevent other debris getting in were completely covered by material from the trees in my area. Rain was not even getting into the gutters. This material was also all over the roof. The Jim Baker team went up and blew off all this material from my roof and gutters so the gutters could do what they’re designed to do. I’ll likely need to bring them back next spring as well.
