Jim was very professional and timely with his repairs. Above all, I felt that Jim was honest. He gave me options and very clearly explained to me the pros and cons of each option. Once he fixed the roof, he came back a few days later after another hard rain and made sure the leak was gone. I would hire Jim again and I plan to refer him to my friends.

I got a call from Jim Baker the very next day first thing in the morning after i put in my request. Within couple of hours of our telecon. Jim Baker had been to my house and called me with an assessment of the job to be done. The quote was fair and i had no reason to go check for other quotes. It was a minor job of installing flushings on the roof where the ends meet the fascia and the window trims. I had to ask Jim to redo some work and it was handled promptly by Jim himself the very next day. So far after the recent tropical storms, i haven't seen any issues and i feel comfortable making this recommendation. I will use Jim Baker !

Jim responded to my weekend post about a roof leak with a personal email, not a canned autoreply. By the time the others had contacted me, Jim had visited my house assessed what work needed to be performed, and had a rough estimate. I had three other firms assess the roof situation. One produced a comparable assessment and estimate, a second produced an assessment and an estimate over twice as high, and a third neglected to submit an estimate. Jim scheduled the work within a day or so of my engaging him for the work and completed the repairs in a short time. All was satisfactory, and I would gladly engage him again for similar work.

Jim was responsive to my request for an estimate, and was able to begin the job within the next couple of days. The siding replacement was done well and at a reasonable price.

They found several problems with the gutters and repaired them promptly. While they were up on the roof, they also noticed that the seal around the small chimney had rotted away and took care of that as well. I would recommend them to anyone. They are prompt, friendly, professional and easy to work with.

He came when he said he was coming; he gave me a more than reasonable estimate to correct the problem, and he returned the next day with the required part to make the repair. I am going to hire him again in the fall to perform maintenance.
