Jim called almost right away and said he'd come by the next day. His son showed up and was very professional and friendly. The price can't be beat and he even took a look at the rest of my roof to make sure nothing else was wrong. Really nice guys! I'm definitely keeping their number for next time.

Very fast. Fixed the roof vent before I knew it and could let other estimators know I didn't need an estimate. The other estimator couldn't find any problem so the job must have been done well. They took pictures to show the problem and work completed.

Competent, honest and right on time. Also conscientious - he inspected the whole roof and the garage roof, not just the damaged part of the roof.

They did a good job on my roof repair at a fair price. Responsive and easy to work with.

I believe the quality is excellent, although I cannot be certain. I would have liked to have seen repair pictures of the north end of the first roof. Because it was inclement and raining, the work needed to be done right away, and not just an estimate, and Jim Baker was the first contractor to arrive on the scene and seemed to know what he was doing and offered a good price, I accepted his offer and I'm glad I did.
