This contractor called within FIVE MINUTES of my posting on HomeAdvisor! When he came to survey the roof, he took his time explaining each of his findings and promised us timely quotes. Quotes received within 24 hours. On the day of the work, he was right on time and didn't even stop for lunch until the job was done and the truck was packed. In the course of completing the job, he found a problem area we hadn't known about and explained the seriousness of addressing it (but still no sales pressure). Excellent folks to work with!

This was the most amazing experience in home repair I've ever had! I know more than searched HomeAdvisor.com, submitted the job I needed done when the phone rang and it was Blair Baker of Jim Baker LLC. I had a small roofing job to be done and Blair came out took a look at it and 2 hours later he came back and he and Jim finished the job and even took the time to check the rest of the roofing and siding and do another repair all for the initial quoted price. The integrity and honesty of these people is so refreshing in today's world. I highly recommend this company!

In general, most contractors provided by Home Advisors respond very quickly...not all, but most. Mr. Baker was incredible....he called me within minutes of my posting my requirements. We spoke, he came out the next day and fixed the problem. He was great and would definitely hire him again when needed. When one notices a water stain on the ceiling as I did, time is of essence. So glad I hired Mr. Baker. Thank you!

Prompt, very professional

Jim was very pleasant and courteous on the phone. He came by the same day and completed the job. Hopefully, my roof will not leak with the forecast for rain. Jim scratched my downspout on the front of my house with his ladder. I want to caution other homeowners to be aware of this! Accidents do happen, but Jim should be upfront and honest when something occurs.

Jim gave me a detailed quote, I hired him, he showed exactly when he'd said he would and got right to work. My job involved demoing some existing gutters and installing new. Cosmetically, the job was dead on, and after today's down poring rain, I know they work just as they should as well. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim to anyone.

Jim was prompt, professional, and cost was very reasonable. He took before and after pictures and when I suggested that additional work might be required, he was professional enough to assure me that the additional work was not required.

Jim responded quickly and came within an hour after we first spoke. He diagnosed the roof leak and fixed it. Jim was professional. We hope we won't see any more water stains on our ceiling.
