Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to contact and schedule, and excellent service and cost. While there was a problem (a leak around the chimney) following the first visit, he corrected the problem quickly. No further problems.

When I requested an estimate for removing ugly black algae stains from our light colored roof Jim responded promptly, was very knowledgable about the problem, quoted a fair price and did an excellent and thorough job. We were very pleased with his work and the roof looks great now.
