Tony was very professional, courteous, and straight-forward. He also was very careful to clean up his workspace, which is appreciated when you have small children.

With integrity, professionalism and a strong moral compass on his side, Tony and team do exactly what they say they will and do it right the first time. They're the people you bring in to fix what someone else did a less than stellar job on. They're the people to go to when you want something done well, with workmanship that lasts and holds up. I have and would continue to recommend Baldi Electric to anyone needing a skilled, professional and accomplished electrical team.

Tony Baldi was recommended to us by our handyman, Wayne Brady (Brady's Home Repair Service) as someone who does excellent work at a reasonable cost. With such a strong recommendation, I called Tony and scheduled an appointment. Tony and Carlos arrived and I took them through the work we wanted (see above). They assessed how much they could do at that time and got right to work. Since it was more than they could finish that day, they scheduled to come back in two days. They arrived on time and got right to work on addressing the rest of the issues. All the work is top notch and just as we discussed. The bill was clear and concise with very little (or no) mark-up on materials. Tony and Carlos have a nice manner about them and are friendly, warm, courteous, and professional. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and will definitely use them again. We recommend them highly.

Toni does excellent work, is VERY neat, punctual and friendly, and doesn't over charge. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a knowledgeable, reliable and trustworthy electrician.

Totally impressed with Tony (owner) and his colleague Carlos. When I originally called to make an appointment, I gave Tony an idea of the 3 items I was interesed in having done. When he and Carlos arrived, I walked him through the house showing him where all 3 would go. They went back out to the truck, brought in their tools and supplies and both got to work immediately. Both were very personable and very professional - and I was impressed that they didn't cut corners. When the wiring from the existing switch would have been a little tight to reach just above where the old light was, Tony clipped it and ran new wire and the conduit throught the cabinet to the box was very neatly done. Meanwhile Carlos worked on the outside outlet, tapping into an outlet on the kitchen wall inside - and to be sure it was sturdy since there was nothing behind the siding he made sure to put a board behind it. They then moved to the basement and finished the new interior outlet. No fuss, no muss and no mess - they completing cleaned up behind themselves. Then came the "dreaded bill" as Tony called it - and I was pleasantly surprised - more than reasonable and worth every penny. I will definitely be calling Baldi Electric for future needs - and will be referring him to anyone looking for professional, quality electrical work.

After many years of running extension cords from inside our house to the patio and deck, we finally decided to have a couple of exterior outlets installed. We selected Baldi Electric, Inc, to do this work. Toni Baldi, the owner, did both the estimate and work. Overall experience, to include cost, was excellent. He arrived within the windows of time for the estimate and performing the work. Completely cleaned up after the work was finished. We will certainly use Baldi Electric again when we have electrical work to be performed.

All went well. He was out of town when I called and so we set a date for when he'd be back. He worked quickly and cleaned up afterward.

He was wonderful. I went with him based on his reviews on Angie's List, and it turned out to be true. I would certainly use him again in the future.

My neighbor recommended Tony Baldi of Baldi Electric for some electrical work I needed. It took awhile for Tony to get back to me, but when he did, we scheduled a date and he and his assistants arrived promptly. They replaced my exterior light and cleaned up afterwards. I mentioned that the previous electrician who had installed my doorbell did not get it to work. Tony fixed it and installed a battery from his truck. I then e-mailed him a list of other items I needed fixed and he replied with a written, mailed quote which I consider to be very reasonable.

He repaced the out door light with a new fixture and diagnosed the problem with the recessed light as a faulty switch. He worked quickly and cleanly.

I called Mr. Baldi on a Monday morning, and he returned my call by Monday evening. Over the phone, I described the work to be done, and he estimated $250 for the installation of each electrical box with fan and $75 for the installation of a fan (with existing electrical box). Therefore, I figured the bill would be ~$825 (the final bill was ~$700). He scheduled the work for Friday (i.e., 4 days later). He did arrive 1 hour late, but called when he was 20 minutes late to let me know that he would be arriving approximately 1 hour after the initial scheduled time. He and his asistant performed the work in an extremely professional manner and cleaned up using their own vacuum. In addition, he found a great solution for installing an electrical box on the middle floor (of a 3-story townhouse), necessitating only a single hole in the wall. He even patched the hole, and now I only need to sand, perhaps apply a second round of mud, and paint. Overall, I was very pleased with his work and would hire him again.

I cannot say enough about the quality, professionalism, and low low cost of his work. As a master electrician, he evaluates all courses of action, reviews them with you, explains that this way means a hole ere to get a wire through a fire break, or this other way means a lot more money. The man is absolutely meticulous in every detail. He just added an outside outlet and before he began, ran though every component hooked up to that same circuit, noting the possibility that the draw could be enough to reset stereo components. He found another way to wire the outlet. When I first moved to Burke and we had house upgrades, I got estimates. Tony will not do a phone estimate--he comes out so he knows exactly what each effort entails (is there really a crawl space large enough to get thos recessed lights in--is that soffet really able to carry a wire, will he have enough room in the electrical box to add a new breaker, etc.)--so he is not surprised and you are not surprised--cost or schedule wise. And his prices are 1/3 to 1/2 lower tha his competition--recently I had to have new outside lights put in for a critical medical need. He could not fit me in. I got 2 other estimates: $500 and $300. I called him again and explained the reason and he cut short his vacation to come do it--not realizing the medical issue. $150. I have worked with many plumbers, electricians, carpenters here--Tony is the most professional, courteous tradesman around. He's down $1000's of dollars of work, and been here 10+ times. 9.10.10 was the date of his latest work. You can do no better.

His work was excellent and the price came in under the original estimate. I have used Baldi Electric for years and have always found his services exemplary. He is a great electrician.

It was great. He came for an estimate the day after I called him - he came on a Saturday, exactly on time. He e-mailed us an estimate a few days later and we set a date for the installation. The time was set for 9 am. We purchased the under cabinet lights ourselves at a local outlet, and they were not a part of the estimate. Tony gave us guidelines as to what we should get, and we followed his advice. The afternoon before the installation, I e-mailed Tony and asked if he would be able to get us either black or brown switches, outlets and a dimmer, because I had not found any. The next morning he did not arrive until 10 but, as I suspected, it was because he had gone to get the requested black or brown components. No complaint there! He did the work in about 3 hours and did a great job, including crawling into a very small area to get to the ceiling over our master bath. He cleaned up everything, left no dust or mess behind. We actually did some of the work ourselves prior to Tony coming, lowering lights in the bathroom an installing new trim rings which we bought. We could have asked for a price reduction because we had done things already that were on the estimate, and bought some parts, but we didn't because I still felt the price was fair and because Tony had gone above and beyond to get it the way we wanted it. He was extremely nice and very professional. I would highly recommend him.

I contacted Mr. Baldi late on Tuesday afternoon, and he returned my call early on Wednesday morning. He was able to schedule an appointment later in the day, and showed up within the specified time. He was very professional and thorough. While the solution turned out to be minor and no work was really required, I would use him again should the need arise. I also asked about the possibility of installing a light in the finished basement. He was very thorough in explaining how he would accomplish that, and didn't seem daunted by the possibility of having to run an electrical line from the unfinished area of the basement into the finished part. That was refreshing as many times contractors don't want to take on a job that's a challenge.

Contractor called to confirm appointment and arrived on time. Work was done thoroughly.
