I have skills in interior finishes such as painting, ceramic, flooring, acoustical drop ceilings, door installation, finished trim work, installing ceiling fans, light fixtures I am capable and have resources to help with any exterior needs also. I was in the Machinist trade for 17 years working in the defense/aerospace industry and bring the same level of precision and attention to detail to the customer when completing there remodeling needs. I will always manage and maintain a clean and neat work environment for the customer and will meet any need necessary for each individual customer.

I needed my flooring replaced in one room and we found that the subfloor was disintegrated due to moisture leeching through the block foundation. Robert gave clear steps for remediation, and completed the entire job of demo, moisture remediation, adding a foundation vent, working with drainage systems, new flooring, painting ECT in about 4 days. He communicated well and showed up when he said he would and is very kind, willing to listen to your ideas and budgets ECT to advise on the available options."

"The contractor that originally took the job didn't show up. Demolish showed up Wednesday evening as soon as I put the request in Angie's. They took the job. They showed up Thursday morning at 8 am as agreed. They worked tirelessly until the job was completed. One bathroom needed more done. They did not waste materials. Painted and reused shoe molding. Their price was less than two previous installers. We even have materials to return that was not necessary for the job. They had to remove two toilets for the install. The job was completed in one day. Very pleased with the way the job turned out."
