He couldn't get to my gas oven works to see what was wrong. Said he needed to order a part but couldn't get service on his phone. Left with my check and never called back. I called him after a few hours and he said he couldn't get a part and couldn't fix it. Never saw him again!! Just had another repairman check it out. He was able to open up the bottom and he said the part Justin was looking for was fine, not the problem! Totally something different??

Justin repaired my defrost element in my side by side freezer four months ago. He came out and said he would order the part. It took an about 6 days to get the part. The part broke again so Justin came and said no charge and he ordered part. It took 12 days for his part to come in. I went on Amazon last Thursday, ordered the part, it arrived next day and I repaired it myself. It is working great. When I would ask Justin when the part would get here he would say â any day nowâ . I will look for someone else next time, if there is a next time or just do it myself again.

Justin was great, he was on time, reasonable rates and quality work. He is very professional.
